1988 Chevrolet S10 Pro Street truck. 383 stroker V8, automatic powerglide, world products eagle heads, 284 comp cam, MSD ignition, electric fan, headers, 750 holley double pumper, edelbrock intake, new Magnaflow exhaust. Rear back halfed with Ford 9 inch, Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires on billet Centerline whels. 4 wheel disc brakes. Front end lowered right for a great stance. Custom paint and bodywork, shaved handles, tailights, custom hood, body kit, phantom billet grill. Paint is 8 out of 10 showing very well with only minor normal wear. Interior is custom with Recarro racing seats, chrome tilt steering column, custom dash painted to match truck, autometer guages, CD player with built in screen. GM already raising prices on 2014 Silverado and Sierra pickups
Mon, 14 Oct 2013General Motors must be pretty pleased with sales of its two newest pickups, the GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado, as it's announced price hikes for both models, as part of a planned price tweak.
Prices will be bumped by as much as $1,500, although weirdly, they'll be offset by as much as $1,500 in cash-back offers through the end of October. Fox Business reports that GM spokesman Jim Cain said of the price hike, "With the sell down of the '13 models nearly complete, this price adjustment was planned and is a normal part of business."
The move, as Fox is quick to point out, is an interesting one, as sales of the twin pickups struggled last month relative to the Ford F-Series, while both of GM's crosstown competitors have been aggressively undercutting Silverado and Sierra prices. The F-150 starts at $24,070 and the Ram 1500 comes in at $23,600, not counting any cash on the hood. A base Silverado, meanwhile, retails at $25,575.
2014 Chevrolet C7 Corvette wastes no time zooming into Jay Leno's Garage

Although this time it isn't exactly in Jay Leno's Garage, Leno instead playing an away game at Brown's Classic Auto in Scottsdale, Arizona. Nor does Leno drive the car, instead taking an 11-minute walkaround of the new American sports car with General Motors design head Ed Welburn, the same man who recently brought by a string of classic Corvettes to the talk show host's California compound.
It is, admittedly, a love-fest for the American sports car now featuring 450 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque, but one that also features admissions about previous Corvette seats like "they were kinda rough," and the explanation that labeling the coupe "Stingray" means not having to call it "the base Corvette." On top of that, Welburn also explains the proper application of the term "dashboard." You can watch it all in the video below.
