1970 Chevrolet C20. This truck has a brand new 292 in it. I replaced the motor approx 2 years ago, but have not driven it much since. I'm estimating approx 1,500 miles on new motor. Motor has all new accessories (Alternator, water pump, distributor, coil, fuel pump, plugs, wires, Reman Carburator, Heddman Headers, starter, newer battery.) I put a Petronix point eliminator in it, so no adjusting points. Ignition has worked flawlessly. I had the seat reupholstered approx one year ago (small tear on driver side.) Truck has new Goelander tires on it. Tires have approx 1,500 miles on them ($900 alone.) I have a set of factory steel wheels that will go with the truck. The extra set is similar to the wheels currently on the truck, but they have been powder coated a silver metallic. Truck has a 4 speed Muncie 465 (low first gear.) Clutch, bearing and pressure plate have been replaced. Actual total mileage on truck is unknown.
I have been using this truck as my daily driver for the past 7 months and it runs great! Truck is mechanically sound, but needs cosmetic work. Truck has lots of dents, dings, scratches and has the notorious driver front fender rust spot from battery leak. It is a great start for someone who wants to restore one of these classic trucks. I easily have well over $3500 into this truck over the past two years.
Truck is for sale on other venues so it may be removed from Ebay if sold through other means. $500 deposit due at time of auction end. Remainder of purchase price due within 7 days of auction end. Vehicle is sold as is. Buyer responsible for shipping or pickup.

Personal testimonies show real-world effect of plugging in with Chevy Volt
Mon, Jan 13 2014At this point, there are tens of thousands of individual stories about what it's like to live with a Chevrolet Volt. But it also remains informative to take a look at one of these in depth. For example, one Atlanta-area Volt owner says he's cut his cents-per-mile ownership costs by almost 40 percent compared to his previous car primarily because of his ability to drive almost all the time on electric power. Jeffrey Cohen told Clean Technica that he put about 14,000 miles on his Volt extended-range plug-in hybrid for the year that ended October 2013, and that more than 92 percent of those were on electrons. He estimates his "lifetime" miles per gallon rating at a whopping 384 mpg, a figure pushed upward by the fact that he installed a Level 2 charger at home while his employer added an external 110-volt charger at work. Cohen is spending 45 cents a mile for his car, compared to 73 cents in his Infiniti M35. As a result, he's spending 45 cents a mile for his car, compared to 73 cents a mile with his prior vehicle, an Infiniti M35. About two-thirds of those Volt costs are for the $349-a-month lease payments, while 15 percent is insurance, 11 percent is for the charger and seven percent for the gas and electricity that actually powers the car. Helping lower that last figure is an overnight electricity rate that's about 10 percent of Cohen's daytime rate. Chevy parent General Motors hopes such testimonies will re-trigger sales for the Volt in 2014. Last year, GM sold 23,094 Volts, down 1.6 percent from 2012. We expect our readers have similar stories they'd like to share in the Comments. 2016 Lamborghini Huracan at the Horse Thief Mile | AutoblogVR
Tue, Sep 13 2016AutoblogVR returns to the Horse Thief Mile in the Mojave Desert to put the Lamborghini Huracan to the test. It's everything we want a modern supercar to be: Powerful, striking in appearance, and a riot to drive. But does it live up to Lamborghini's unique performance heritage? Senior Editor Greg Migliore reviews the Huracan on Horse Thief's unyielding curves and elevation changes to find out. Meanwhile, Autoblog Editor-in-Chief Mike Austin reviews a different kind of performance car – the Chevy SS at the IndyCar circuit on Detroit's Belle Isle. He's ably assisted by ace driver Simon Pagenaud. You must watch his hot lap! The SS is old-school V8 American muscle wrapped in Australian design and engineering. This AutoblogVR segment also launches on the app Sept. 13, and the teaser follows the Huracan preview above. Each week, new episodes will launch on the AutoblogVR App. We'll preview them here on Autoblog, but for the full immersive experience, head over to the app, which you can download for free from the App store and Google Play. Be sure to try it with a cardboard viewer, too!
2016 Chevy Volt to make auto show debut this season
Wed, Jul 30 2014Ever since we saw that spy shots of the 2016 Chevy Volt, we've been hungering for more information on the next-gen version of GM's green halo car. It appears we might not have long to wait, at least for an official tease. An inside source that wishes to remain anonymous told AutoblogGreen that GM will make two announcements regarding the second-gen Volt at the CAR Management Briefing Seminars in Traverse City, MI next week. The first, and most intriguing, is that that we will get our first glimpse of the new Volt at some point during the upcoming auto show season. That means either Los Angeles later this year or else Detroit, Chicago or New York in early 2015. The second bit of news is that GM will be moving production of the electric motors from Mexico to Michigan. Details and official confirmation are, of course, missing and Chevrolet declined comment to AutoblogGreen. We should know more next week.
