This is a very nice 54 Chevy 3100 for a re-builder or a RAT ROD the truck needs a total floor replacement to be road worthy. The truck runs with the original engine and three on the tree with factory original turn signal switch. The brakes need re-worked there are two new wheel cylinders in the box included. The box is in great shape and is very usable the fenders as well, the front fenders need a little help but there are some parts and pieces of fender to use as sheet metal replacement. Extra grille parts and front splash pans and three complete hood latch panels included, also there are two extra radiators and one extra saddle included. The glass is usable for a RAT ROD but would other wise need replaced there are two extra bumpers and a hood included I have the original keys for the locks and ignition and the title is clear. What more could you want there are extra parts it runs and is mostly complete with a clear title. The truck is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction early if needed.

Joe Flacco wins C7 Corvette along with MVP honors

As part of a longstanding tradition, the MVP of Super Bowl XLVII, Joe Flacco, quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, was given a new car directly after the game and trophy celebrations. For 2013, that car is a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, and it was presented to Flacco by Rick Flick of Banner Chevrolet, a dealership in New Orleans that was wiped out by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 before returning to prominence as the only Chevy dealer in Orleans Parish.
Last year, Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning took home a 2012 Corvette GS Centennial Edition. Manning also won in 2008, when he selected a Cadillac Escalade Hybrid as his reward. In 2011, quarterback Aaron Rodgers accepted the keys to a Camaro convertible.
Though we're most definitely an auto-obsessed group, we did watch the Big Game along with nearly everyone else in America. And we've gotta say, as if winning the Super Bowl and receiving the Tiffany-designed Pete Rozelle Trophy wasn't enough for the multi-millionaire MVP athletes, a brand-new C7 seems like an awfully generous prize. When it comes to technology used in racecars, we generally expect it to trickle down to production cars, not the other way around. Well, Pratt & Miller has developed a new rear-facing radar that operates in a similar fashion to what we're used to in modern blind spot detection systems, only it is also capable of tracking cars as they approach and relaying vital information to the driver via a large display screen.
The innovative radar system debuted at last weekend's 12 Hours of Sebring for Corvette Racing, and this system makes perfect sense for endurance races like this since the cars sometimes have to drive through the night and in poor weather conditions.
The radar can detect cars even with poor visibility, and uses easy-to-distinguish symbols for the driver to identify.
