Listed for sale is a 1963 SS Nova Pro Street. It has original front suspension with limiters and "NEW" 90/10 shocks. Front disk brakes, rear drums. It has been back halfed, with ladder bar coil over rear suspension with wheely bars and full roll cage. It is approximately 550 horse power 406 Motown small block (rear wheel dyno 487.2 horse power). "NEW" long style three finger clutch, Lakewood Scatter Shield. Hemi Cuda four speed transmission. Moser 9" rear end with 456 spool and 35 spline axles. Pete Jackson Gear Drive. 3" Flowmaster Exhaust. Full roller engine is "FRESH" {10 hours}, Motown block, steel crank, 6" H-beam rods, forged SRP pistons, Competition Cam, "NEW" roller lifter, rockers and stud girdles. Air flow research 64 cc heads, 208 intake, 160 exhaust valves with "NEW" K-Motion springs, Titanium Retainers and keepers. Pro Dominator intake with 2-750 Holly's, MSD ignition with "NEW" Pro Billit distributor. "NEW" Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro 31 16x5-15 tires on rear, and "NEW" Mickey Thompson tires on front. NO EXPENSE SPARED REBUILD 10.3:1 compression. Runs on 93 pump gas. Rear wheel Dyno tuned 487.2 horse power, 403.64 lbs. torque. The engine bay is painted black, inside trunk hood and interior door wells painted red. Bucket seats and interior black. Fuel cell and battery in back with turn off switch on back panel. There are a few minor paint flaws and dings in trim where it was taken off to be painted, and a few paint bubbles at the bottom of both doors that have been there for years. There are no windshield wipers or heater, radio. There are foam pads on the bottom of engine hood so you can put it on top during car shows. There has never been smoking in this car. This is the same car that was shown in car shows around the Fort Myers Florida area. This is a sweet car and hard to get rid of. It turns heads wherever you go. Only serious inquiry's please. Helicopter crashes on Top Gear Korea set while chasing Corvette ZR1
Mon, 11 Feb 2013The formula of Top Gear Korea is seemingly about the same as it is everywhere else in the world, including the flagship British original: involve interesting cars in fantastical situations with charismatic hosts. That prescription has proved to be pretty reliable over the years, and has lead to some truly memorable and exciting pieces of television.
Something like that was undoubtedly what the Korean producers were after when they lined up this segment - a drag race between a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and an AH1 Cobra military helicopter. The planners almost certainly did not expect the filming of the segment to go quite as wrong as it actually did, with the helicopter actually crashing into the dirt after the "drag race" had been completed. Thankfully, we're told that no one was seriously injured in the crash, but the footage, in the video below, is pretty damn chilling to watch, nevertheless.

He paid $1 million to buy the first production 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible and $650,000 to get the first 2014 Chevy Camaro Z/28. Hendrick's latest purchase happened at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Palm Beach where he got into a bidding war to pay $1 million to get the first 2015 Corvette Z06. The bidding came quick with the car reaching $100,000 within 3 seconds and hitting $500,000 in about 35 seconds. The money from the sale was donated to the Karmanos Cancer Institute.
