Welcome to a special opportunity. You are viewing the nicest, lowest mileage, exclusively FLA-kept and driven, one-owner 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS for sale in the Nation, that isn't in a museum or a private collection. This Monte Carlo Super Sport has had only one, careful owner, and it shows! It has remained a Florida-only vehicle its entire life, and spent 100% of its life maintained by the Pro's at the GM dealership. In fact, after its original purchase in 2004 from the Pompano Beach Chevrolet dealership, it was always covered under the Manufacturer's Factory Warranty. In 2009, the previous owner purchased an Extended Warranty and Service Contract. The air conditioning has been serviced by the GM trained technicians, as well as a complete tune-up performed by the GM Pro's. Everything....it has all been serviced by Chevrolet Factory Trained Techs. In 2013, another Service Contract was purchased. You should start to be getting the picture. This Monte Carlo SS has been meticulously maintained since Day 1.
It drives superbly, and everything works properly. Only 32,000 original, pampered and loved Florida-driven miles. This is the rare opportunity that you have been waiting for....in fact, dreaming of! Attractive high-gloss Brilliant Silver Metallic exterior (with complimenting thin Black and Garnet pinstripe), with Black leather Sport interior. The finish is beautiful and is free of any dents or unsightly parking lot door dings. In fact, the interior is extremely clean as well. Supple leather (with only minor wear on the lumbar), perfect carpets, perfect dashboard, perfect headliner...and owned by a non-smoker. Never, ever smoked in, and neither the ashtry, nor the cigarette lighter have ever been used. Just what you would expect from an 32,000 mile creampuff. High-power factory audio system, 16-inch aluminum/alloy factory wheels, independent climate control, dual power seats, cruise control, full power options, keyless remote entry, factory security system, etc. are some of the options. I have to admit, I love this collectible sports car. Looks great, runs and drives and performs great. And if you concentrate really hard, has a hint of that new car smell still remaining! Of course, even with these incredible low documented miles, there are a few very tiny fine scratches or stone chips. Extremely minor, but just wanted to mention it because this is not a 2014 model (which also can have a minor stone chip or two by the way). Please feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions that you have. We have it priced for a quick sale. Please do your research and see what an exceptional deal this is for that special person that wants a practically new sports car, at over 70% off the list price. No disappointments. Being a Florida-only vehicle has its major benefits. No harsh weather, no harsh roads, no snow, no salt, no corrosion...blah, blah, blah. Yes, Florida cars are the best, and for good reason. We can help arrange transport anywhere in the US or abroad and most of our auctions end with the Buy-It-Now option. Complete set of original carpeted floor mats, the original books and manuals that came with this Monte Carlo Super Sport when new, as well as a complete set of brand new, premium heat-and-speed rated All-season radials. The tire size is 225/60R16 and they are new. The entire car has been completely serviced and is ready for its new owner. Of course, both Crystal Clean CarFax and Autocheck vehicle history reports ensures an accident-free vehicle with absolutely no title problems or accident history of any kind. Autocheck rates the Monte Carlo's available for sale in the US between a score of 56 and 79. Ours scored an ultra-impressive 87! How's that for peace of mind. Don't wait, this is the deal of a lifetime. We charge a nominal $299 dealer fee to each purchase. If you have any questions, or would like a complete walk around this vehicle, please call Steve at 561.283.9511. He'll tell you all about this fine sports car. Good Luck to everyone bidding. Bid with confidence and Bid to win!

Final C6 Corvette built in Bowling Green

Fri, 01 Mar 2013

With all of the attention given to the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray lately, you could be forgiven for thinking that it's already well along in production, yet tooling up for the new C7 has only just begun. In fact, production of the outgoing C6 generation in Bowling Green, Kentucky just halted on Thursday.
As the C6 has aged, production numbers have predictably ebbed along with demand, but this year, the addition of the 427 and 60th anniversary models resulted in an uptick in vehicles built - this, despite a model year shortened by around 25 percent to accomodate the new model changeover. The final C6 Corvette ever, No. 13,466 built this year, was a white 427 Convertible destined for the General Motors Heritage Center museum. The car's 7.0-liter V8 heart was assembled by Corvette chief engineer Tadge Juechter himself.
In total, Bowling Green pushed out 215,100 C6 Corvettes over nine years. If you're still a C6 fan at heart and are hoping to get a good deal on a phase-out model, step lively - Chevrolet reportedly had about 6,100 unsold units, which Autoweek suggests is good for around five and a half months of supply at the model's current sales rates. Given that demand will likely slacken even further as the C7 draws closer, that should be a big enough stockpile to keep dealers satisfied until 2014 Stingrays begin showing up on their forecourts in December.

2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray order guide hits the web

Mon, 15 Apr 2013

The official debut of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is only part of the excitement for fans of Chevy's virtuoso sportscar. Although we got to see the car and some of its preliminary specs in Detroit and Geneva, there is still no word on pricing and some of the juicier data points we've been waiting for - such as confirmed power output, EPA estimated mileage figures and performance numbers. Until then, CorvetteBlogger has gotten its hands on the order guide for the coupe version of the car - in both base and Z51 iterations - revealing tidbits like standard and optional features and available color combinations.
Some other new details made it onto the order guide, such as our first interior specs for the coupe including slightly less hip room and headroom, more shoulder room and the same amount of legroom. To see the full order guide, head on over to CorvetteBlogger. From what we can gather, it sounds like more information will be revealed on April 25 during a party at the Corvette Museum, and for those sun worshipers patiently waiting for a convertible, it would appear you've got another model year to wait through.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray priced from $51,995*

Fri, 26 Apr 2013

After months of speculation, Chevrolet has finally revealed the official starting price of the 2014 Corvette Stingray. The base MSRP for the 450-horsepower Stingray Coupe will be $51,995, while the Stingray Convertible will go for $56,995 (*both prices include a $995 destination fee). This means that the price increase from 2013 to 2014 is just $1,400 for the coupe and $2,395 for the convertible - pretty modest increases considering the upgrade in specifications. Of course, neither price accounts for the sort of dealer markup that might grace early C7 window stickers, especially since less than a third of all Chevrolet dealers will be allocated Corvette models to sell at the car's launch.
Now, these prices are for the base car, so if you're wondering how much a fully loaded Stingray will run, Chevy has given us a good indication of that as well. The coupe we saw on display at the Detroit Auto Show (shown above), for example, would run $73,360 including options such as the $2,800 Z51 Performance Package, $2,495 competition sport seats and the $1,795 Magnetic Ride Control option - just to name a few. Stepping up to the 3LT trim level that brings a full leather interior will run an extra $8,005 over the base price.
While $20,000 in options may seem like a lot, this "as-tested" price still has the C7 competitively priced against rival coupes like the Porsche 911 and Nissan GT-R. Speaking of price comparisons, Chevrolet also points out that the C7 Stingray Z51 costs $2,200 less than the C6 Grand Sport while delivering better acceleration (0-60 mph in less than four seconds) and improved track performance (including more than 1 g in cornering).
