83 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. one of 4700 built. 35000 miles. One repaint. Originally equiped with power steer, power brakes, air, and cruise. 305 HO engine and metric turbo 350 was the standard transmission. Engine is still in car. Blue Grey exterior, original perfect shape 2 tone blue and white interior. Car became a project car to make it it unique. Car in not complete. A new 350 engine was purchased that produces 450hp on dyno. A new 200r4 or 700R4 is available also to complete the drivetrain. Both transmission made to handle 500hp. A complete Hotchkis suspension system mostly installed which makes the car sit about 2 inches lower and handle like a corvette. Crossover 2.5 inch stainless exhaust is already installed. A new Moser 12 bolt rear end has been installed. 12 inch front disk are on the front and 11 inch rear drums. A Griffin aluminum radiator designed for 450hp is on car. Car has been designed for balance and fun to drive. Car comes with a new cowl induction hood. Car is riding on Torq Thrust aluminum 17in wheels with Michelin PS2 tires. Everything is new. Car has no rust and is straight with no body damage. Car can be purchased with the enclosed trailer for additional $. Motivated seller.

Chevy Volt gets customer satisfaction 'recall' for rear hatch issue *UPDATE*
Mon, Jan 26 2015Last week, General Motors has issued a "Customer Satisfaction program" for some 2011-2015 model year Chevrolet Volts to fix the manual rear lift gate not working as appropriate. According to Volt owner posts on Facebook, the problem manifests itself by the hatch not opening up all the way (sometimes worse in the cold) with some people bumping their heads. Dealers will replace the lift gate struts as part of the program. Some drivers were notified through the vehicle's OnStar system that there is a problem. GM has not yet said how many Volts are affected. *UPDATE* This program is for all 2011-2015 model year Volts. Chevrolet spokesperson Michelle Malcho told AutoblogGreen that, "This is not a recall, so there won't be any formal information posted on the GM website." The fixes will be free to affected Volt owners. Some 2010-2015 Cadillac SRX vehicles are also affected by the same problem and will also be fixed. Chevy Gives World Series MVP Madison Bumgarner A Recalled Truck
Thu, Oct 30 2014Last night must have seemed like a dream come true for San Francisco Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner. He helped his team win its third World Series Championship in four years, earned MVP status and was given a brand new 2015 Chevrolet Colorado. Bumgarner might want to hold off on taking a victory lap in his new truck however. The Colorado is currently under recall. General Motors issued a stop-delivery order earlier this month to fix the truck's air bag connectors, which were wired improperly during the manufacturing process. The faulty wiring can cause the system to deploy incorrectly. Only 138 customers have received their Chevrolet trucks, the rest were caught and repaired either in the plant or on their way to dealerships and show rooms. Recalls Chevrolet world series
Man surprises girlfriend with C7 Corvette
Mon, 07 Oct 2013How would you react if someone just showed up at your place of work with a new, 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, complete with all the trimmings? While a lot of us would likely be flipping out over the still rare sports car, it's a fair bet many more of us would be responding like Pattie here, whose boyfriend stopped by her work to show her her new C7.
Speechless and shocked as she seems, she does end up taking it out for a drive, despite claiming she wasn't really outfitted to handle the car's seven-speed manual transmission at the time. From the sound of the video, we got the impression that she knew the car was coming, just not that it was anywhere near ready for delivery. It also, as Pattie says, seems like her boyfriend is more excited about the car than she (which, can we blame him?). Take a look down below for the full video of this C7 Stingray delivery.
