1973 Chevrolet Monte Carlo on 2040-cars

I'm selling this car because I want to move on to a convertible. 1973 Monte Carlo Landau 350 4bbl. The car is all original never in an accident runs and rides beautiful. I have owned car for little over a year. What I have done since I bought it, complete tune up, cap, rotor, points, condenser, wires, plugs, belts, all hoses. water pump, thermostat. Went over brake system, new front brakes and rotors, rear wheel cylinders and proportion valve. New shocks all around. A/C needs to be topped off. New radio with MP3 connection. What the car needs as of now, upper control arm bushings on drivers side, thats it. Interior is all original no cracks in dash or steering wheel all lights work. The only thing that doesn't work is the clock and I haven't even tried to fix it. The body is in great shape no dents but it has 4 little chips in paint. The sides of car have been repainted before I got it. Car has been kept in a garage since new and it shows. There is no rust on this car underneath is spotless all body tags are still in place. Car has all original stickers on it as you can see in pictures. This year Monte is getting harder to find especially in this original condition. I also have original owners manual. What i'm asking for car doesn't even make me break even and I understand thats how it works sometimes. So look at pictures and if you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for looking

2014 Chevrolet C7 Corvette wastes no time zooming into Jay Leno's Garage
Thu, 24 Jan 2013Where else would you expect the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray to show up first? Although this time it isn't exactly in Jay Leno's Garage, Leno instead playing an away game at Brown's Classic Auto in Scottsdale, Arizona. Nor does Leno drive the car, instead taking an 11-minute walkaround of the new American sports car with General Motors design head Ed Welburn, the same man who recently brought by a string of classic Corvettes to the talk show host's California compound.
It is, admittedly, a love-fest for the American sports car now featuring 450 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque, but one that also features admissions about previous Corvette seats like "they were kinda rough," and the explanation that labeling the coupe "Stingray" means not having to call it "the base Corvette." On top of that, Welburn also explains the proper application of the term "dashboard." You can watch it all in the video below.
GM applies for LT5, LTX trademarks... are new small block variants coming?
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Recently discovered General Motors trademark applications for LT4, LT5, LT88 and LTX have observers wondering what kind of high-performance offerings could be on their way. A new LT4 would mark a return of the engine designation first used on the Corvette Grand Sport, SLP Pontiac Firehawk and SLP Chevrolet Camaro SS from 1996 and 1997. Supposition at Corvette Forum - which provided advance intel on the C7 like these leaked images - believes a new LT4 could go into the high-performance trim of the next-gen, 2015 Camaro that would be more powerful than the 580-horsepower Camaro ZL1.
Seeing an LT5 again would also be déjà vu - in its former life it was a 5.7-liter V8 for the C4 Corvette ZR-1 from 1990-1994 designed by Lotus, producing from 370 hp to 405 hp. A mix of rumor and hope is that the new LT5 will be a supercharged evolution of the 6.2-liter LT1 (pictured) placed in the new C7 Corvette, and that it will go into the C7 version of the ZR1 pumping out something like 700 hp.
The LTX trademark is, as with that last letter, a complete mystery. If the "X" isn't a generic way to denote the whole LT family, it's wondered if it LTX could refer to a crate motor offering like the LSX.
