You are looking at my 65 Malibu SS pro street. This is a very well built rust free frame off restoration. There are some flaws to the car which i will explain in the description. Overall an extremely fun and nice car. First off i will start with the body.
This car has never been down the track.
BODY>
The body is a rust free frame off restoration. Was done about 7 years ago. The car is painted viper red, with a nice gloss black chassis. The front and rear bumpers are fiber glass, as well as the front fenders, hood, and trunk lid. The hood is a 4" cowl harwood lift off hood. Also included is a 2" bolt on fiberglass hood that is painted body color. There is absolutely no rust on this car. there are a few flaws in the paint. I tried to picture them as best i could. This car is a driver, and has been street driven. So there will be some scratches. There are a few bubbles in the paint on the front fenders. I believe this is from the way the car idles. It has a pretty lumpy cam, so the car shakes. There is also i scratch, paint chip in the rear bumper which i pictured. Ther are a few cracks in the paint hear and there. All glass is nice, windows are tinted pretty dark. The car was built like a california car, with heater delete. There are no wipers on the car either. Has smooth firewall. Car was built to race, and there were things done to save weight. They could be purchased and put back in if wanted. I never wanted to drive this car in the rain, so never worried about them. The car is not perfect, as like i stated it is a driver.
INTERIOR>
The interior is completely dynomated, has nice black carpet, factory door panels, factory dash, with all autometer gauges. The speedometer is not hooked up, but also included is the trans gear, mount, and cable. Has very nice adjustable racing seats, RJS 5 point harnesses, hurst quarter stick shifter, moroso switch panel, Shift knob with push button, 6 point roll cage which was certified many years ago, which i believe would have to be recertified to race the car. There is no heat or air in this car.
SUSPENSION>
The front suspension consists of stock control arms, with 12 way QA1 adjustable coil overs. Has energy suspension bushings all the way around. with larger sway bar. Rear suspension has 12 way QA1 adjustable shocks, moroso springs, ladder bars, competiton engineering rear control arms.. This car rides tight, The rear of the car bites hard when you launch it from a stop.
CHASSIS>
The frame was comletely blasted, and painted a nice gloss black. Car has stainless brakelines and fuel lines. Frame is laser straight, and rust free.
TRUNK>
The trunk of the car is flat black on the inside, with battery relocated, with shut off on the outside of car, 16 gallon RCI fuel cell with sending unit, and foam fill so fuel doesnt slosh around. Also house the nos bottle. As can be seen from the pics.
WHEELS AND TIRES>
The wheels are 15 inch weld racing rims. The fronts tires are nova M+S 165R15 86s. The rear tires are Mickey thompson ET street radials P235/60R15. Tires are like new on the car. Also included is a set of drag slicks mounted on the same style wheel, (which are not pictured). They are used, and im not sure how good the slicks are. They are a 10 inch wide slick, and they do just fit the wheel wells of the car.
REAR AXLE>
The rear axle is a 10 bolt gm BOP axle. (buick, olds, pontiac) This has a 8.2 ring gear, 3.90 gear set. auburn posi, 27 spline c-clip eliminator mosser axles. This is a very strong axle.
TRANSMISSION>
The trans is a race preped RCI th-400 reverse pattern manual shift. Has a Hughes 3500 stall converter. TCI SFI 29-1 approved heavy duty flex plate with ARP mounting hardware. Trans runs through the cooler on the radiator, and then through a b&m hi-tek cooling system. Trana cooler with 7 inch fan. There is also a drive shaft safety loop under the car.
ENGINE>
The engine is a approximately 450hp 327 sbc. This is the cars original engine. Engine was built with clevite bearings, eagle crank and h-beam rods, comp cams cam(dont remember the duration) comp cams 1.52 roller tip rockers, and comp cams push rods. World product cast iron s/r heads, Keith black pistons, Weiand stealth high rise air gap intake, demon 650 race carb, (runs nice on the street) miloden gear drive, pertronix distributor, and external coil, accel shorty plugs, taylor wires, mallory hyfire 6al ignition box, mounted under dash on passenger side, high volume oil pump (runs at about 60psi) 7 quart oil pan, (full synthetic penzoil, with morosso racing filter) High volume water pump, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, running 6-9 psi, has gauge mounted under cowl of hood, Mainline plate nitrous system. Jetted for a 75 shot. This was a new addition, and has not been used. Also has a purge kit. (THE BOTTLE IS EMPTY) Cooling system has a four core aluminum radiator, dual electric fans, on a manual switch. there is just a pass through setup on the water neck for better cooling, no thermostat. Has k&n air cleaner, plus all the chrome goodies. As can be seen in the pics. Has power steering, power brakes, front disc and rear drum, with a line lock. Has hooker headers, going into a 3 inch exhaust. exhaust exits before rear wheels, with flowmaster race mufflers, and also badlandz 3 inch electric cutouts. The car has a full aftermarket wiring harness, has circuits for electric water pump, power windows, the wipers, etc. All lights are functional, etc. This is a street driven car.
Im sure i forgot some things, but i did my best to describe everything that i could remember. This is an awesome car, and fun drive. turns heads everywhere. I very lound with cutouts open. I drive it that way most of the time, and have never been pulled over. I think its because the cops just like the car.
The car comes with extras, as i stated above, set of drag slicks, extra hood, speedo cable and parts, plus all the extra nos parts i have go with it. Plus i am sure there are other parts that i have that would also go with it.
The car is being sold as is with no warranty. I reserve the right to close auction early if the car sells locally.

General Motors has officially captured the horsepower crown for mainstream pickup trucks with its 6.2-liter V8. The big mill, available in both the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra, comes to market with 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque, handily outdoing its two cross-town competitors, Ram (5.7-liter V8, 395 ponies and 407 lb-ft) and Ford (6.2-liter V8, 411 hp and 434 lb-ft).
The new GM 6.2 will take a bit of an investment, though. Those that want the extra thrust will need to go with either the LTZ or High Country trims from the Chevy, or the SLT and Denali trims from GMC, which are the two highest trim levels for the respective vehicles. Trim levels aside, if you're in the business of towing, GM has you covered. Optioned with the 6.2-liter V8 and the Max Trailering Package, owners will be able to pull 12,000 pounds, a hugely impressive figure.
We still aren't certain as to what sort of economy the new engine will get, but it'll probably be a bad bet for the fuel conscious. As for availability, expect to see the 6.2-liter trucks in showrooms later in the fall.

With just a few days left in 2015, it's the perfect time to check out Evo's annual Car of the Year test to determine the greatest performance vehicle of the last 12 months. The writers' picks for the 11 finalists spanned a breadth of engaging models and included: Peugeot 208 GTi by Peugeot Sport, Lamborghini Aventador SV, Seat Leon Cupra Sub8, McLaren 675LT, Porsche 991 GT3 RS, Porsche Cayman GT4, Honda Civic Type R, Ferrari 488 GTB, Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, Lotus Evora 400, and Mercedes-AMG GT S. For the venue to test the mettle of these performance machines, Evo stuck close to home this year and visited the twisting roads at the beautiful north coast of Scotland. Racing brothers Marino and Dario Franchitti also came along for the ride to provide two more voices in the competitive challenge to determine a winner. Evo's video explains why each model deserves to be among such rarified company but doesn't gloss over their faults either. There can be only one winner, though. We don't want to spoil it, so check out the clip for magnificent views of these performance machines through the Scottish countryside.

Chevrolet Cruze EV - Click above for high-res image gallery
The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.
