This is a 2006 Chevy Express G3500 cutaway van with a Knapheide KUV service body. I believe the body is 11' because it holds 10' pipe lengths perfect with room to spare within the pipe doors. I am an owner operator and have made sure that everything on this van has been maintained and repaired if necessary. This van will be used until sold, so the milage will be higher than indicated. Upon the winning bidder making the deposit, the van lettering will be removed, cleaned, and all tools, material, and supplies will be removed. The refrigerant towers, pipe fitting caddy, and wire caddy will also be removed from the truck. Also included is one more long aluminum shelf that fits in the first compartments.

Items listed here have either been replaced because of failure or preventative maintenance:

- Radiator, water pump, thermostat, and hoses

- AC condenser

- Brake pads and rotors (front and rear)

- Rear axle seals

- Front shocks

- Rebuilt front end

- Transmission - rebuilt by Level 10 with warranty (owner will make good as long as it continues to be serviced every 20,000 miles by him)

- Spark plugs and ignition wires

- Windshield

The engine gets serviced every 5,000 miles with synthetic motor oil

The transmission gets serviced every 20,000 miles

Items upgraded:

- Radio Sony with HD radio and single disk CD and auxiliary jack

- LED lighting on the perimeter of the service body

- Tie down track within service body

The only reason this van is for sale is because we are hiring another technician, and most people are not comfortable driving a van this size in the city. I believe that this truck is the perfect truck for any service company that needs to have almost everything on their trucks to minimize travel time.

Here at Autoblog, we love unexpected debuts at auto shows – and judging by our Detroit Auto Show comments and traffic, you do, too. Surprise reveals have been fewer and farther between in recent years with so many ways for vehicles to be teased or leak out, but this week's show has been a revelation. More to the point, it's been a series of revelations, with automakers from around the globe successfully delivering a brace of concept and production surprises. It's made our jobs a lot more exciting and challenging this week, and even though it's actually more work to react and run-and-gun when the sheet is pulled on a surprise reveal than it is to publish an already-written embargoed story, we've had more fun covering this show for you than any domestic show in memory. We hope you've enjoyed the surprises along with us.
