1987 Chevy Elcamino with 22inch Iroc rims, Vinyl wrapped interior Blue and Grey, newish white with pearl paint job, Jensen screen with kicker sub and tweeters and 6x9 mids, 1500 watt direct monoblock amp, billet grill, black rhino lining. Has a new 5.7 generation II vortec motor with 1000 miles on it still under warranty by Big O I have the paper work. Working AC needs to be charged ,Rebuilt rear end with highway gears done by Dans Driveline. Rebuilt R700 transmission done the same time motor got put in. All new parts( Holley 650cfm carb, edelbrock intake manifold, msd ignition, headers, flowmaster exhaust, starter, fuel pump, fuel sending unit, oil pump, thermostat, battery, fuel gauge, temp. gauge, throttle linkage, window molding clips). Power locks and windows. Torque alarm system. I also have a rear roll pan and all the body moldings that I took off of the car. It does have a tow hitch as well as rear airbags for towing.

Chevy SS prototype spotted wearing Pontiac G8 clothes

Do not adjust your computer screen, you are not seeing the rebirth of the Pontiac brand. General Motors has chosen to use a G8 to disguise a test mule for the latest prototype of the forthcoming Chevrolet SS. The G8 was closely related to the Holden Commodore and Vauxhall VXR, the platform upon which the new Chevrolet performance model will be based. It should come as little surprise, then, that GM has opted to use the cladding from the former G8.
Thought the front clip of this mule is pure Pontiac, note the vents immediately behind the front wheel. That is a distinctive design hallmark of the Vauxhall VXR. Also note that this vehicle is right-hand drive, as the Holden and its Chevy counterpart will be very closely related. That likely includes potential drivetrains. The spy photos of this mule also reveal very wide rear tires, and rear wheels that do not match the fronts.

Carlos Lago from Motor Trend is here to break it all down. 60 miles per hour? 3.2 seconds. 60 to 0? 91 feet. Lateral acceleration? A staggering 1.16g, a figure that is the highest MT has ever recorded for a vehicle that isn't a race car. It's an utterly astonishing piece of work, this Z06, and just when you think it can't possibly get any more impressive, Randy Pobst hustles an auto-equipped Z06 around Road Atlanta in just 1:30.
