First time offered on the open market, a beautiful1963 swc. The car went through a complete frame off resto 3 years ago. There is nothing on the car that has not been touched by either refurbishing or replacing with new parts. The complete drive drain is all matching numbers to the car, the complete drive train has been rebuilt with the exception of the rear end which was checked out and deemed to be in good working condition. As I mentioned before, there is absolutely nothing on this car that has not been touched. All the glass was replaced with correct date coded glass, instruments were all rebuilt and calibrated by a firm on the east coast.

I could make a long list of things that were done to the car. If you can think of something, it has been done. I am the 3rd owner of the car and have had it 7 years. The second owner only had it a couple of years before I bought it from the original owner. The original owner was a client of the second owner for many years and.

Unfortunately not a lot of maintenance/documentation records were kept by the previous owners. I have kept every thing that I have done with the car including a large photo record of all the work done to the car.. This car is in perfect condition and has been stored at my home in a climate controlled environment. Car has only has 75 miles on it since the resto. It's not easy to earn an “EditorsÂ’ PicksÂ” at Autoblog as part of the rating and review process that every new vehicle goes through. Our editors have been at it a long time, which means weÂ’ve driven and reviewed virtually every new car you can go buy on the dealer lot. There are disagreements, of course, and all vehicles have their strengths and weaknesses, but this list features what we think are the best new vehicles chosen by Autoblog editors. We started this formal review process back in 2018, so there's quite of few of them now. So what does it mean to be an EditorsÂ’ Pick? In short, it means itÂ’s a car that we can highly recommend purchasing. There may be one, multiple, or even zero vehicles in any given segment that we give the green light to. What really matters is that itÂ’s a vehicle that weÂ’d tell a friend or family member to go buy if theyÂ’re considering it, because itÂ’s a very good car.
