Up for sale is one of the nicest 1964 Chevelle Super Sports in the country. The car had semi full restoration done in the late 80's (not frame off) The car looks just like it would have, back in 1964. The car is totally stock, and it runs and drives perfectly. This is one of those cars that brings back memories of your youth. I am selling this car for a good friend, and I will do my very best to describe the car as honestly and completely as possible. We have nothing to hide. The chassis and body are totally original, it has the original 4 speed transmission and 10 bolt rearend. The 283 engine is not the block that it was born with, the first engine was blown up, so an extensive search went out to find a period correct 283 block. The engine was rebuilt to all factory 4 barrel Power Pack specs. The interior is in perfect condition, the console is in near perfect condition. The car has manual steering and brakes. The body panels are very straight, and the paint job has held up fantastic, being it was painted over 15 years ago. Everything on the car works great, all lights, wipers, radio, etc, etc. Look closely at the pictures and you can see that the undercarriage is very clean, and the entire car is meticulously maintained.
