This great “138” SS Chevelle first sold in Lawton Oklahoma after being ordered in October ’66.
Attached with the photos are original retail order form and sales contract from Phillips Aubrey Chevrolet, Lawton. We have a stack of receipts for parts and service done over the years.
The motor is not matching numbers but is a 1967 396 block. We still drive with the original Muncie 4 speed, 12 bolt rear with 331 gears and original radiator.
The car has spent most of it’s life around Bryan Texas and I am the 6th owner.   In the 3 years that we have owned this black on red beauty it’s gotten new fuel & water pumps, Ken Harrison stereo, Coker Redlines, all new exhaust, new springs and shocks all around. We’ve also replaced the old quadrajet with a new stage 2 quadrajet, MSD coil and MSD ignition box. The gas tank has also been replaced. It runs really well.
The original red interior buckets have been recovered as well as headliner and carpet too.
The paint is “driver” quality and the steel rims with bowtie hubcaps bring more attention to the “sleeper” muscle car than aftermarket wheels.
More work has been done than I’ve listed here so, please call Mike for more information at 888.692.4246. We live in Laredo Texas, where the car can be seen.

Serious bidders only, please. Buyer needs to send $1000 within 48 hours of sale and balance within 7 days by cashier’s check or wire transfer.

Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut

Thu, 07 Mar 2013

We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.

2014 Chevrolet Silverado tows in new configurator, microsite

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

Judging by your continued enthusiastic response to configurator notices, dear reader, you enjoy speccing out new cars as much as we do. Better still, there tends to be even more ways to personalize, configure and bloat theoretical MSRPs on full-size trucks as there are with more ordinary passenger cars. In addition to trim level, engine and transmission choices, truck buyers usually have to specify items like cab configuration, bed length, number of driven axles, tow packages, gear ratios and all sorts of bits and bobs.
That's why we're pleased to see the DIY specification utility for the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado come alive so soon after this week's Detroit Auto Show debut. While the configurator lacks pricing (General Motors hasn't announced numbers yet) and full options, you can still spec out your half-ton rig, and even print it out or email it to your friends. Beyond the configurator, the new model-specific site is pretty cool, too, with various videos and closer looks at the truck's new features.
The new Chevrolet pickup range won't be on dealer lots until sometime this summer, so whether you're a building contractor, an avid sportsman or just a guy or gal that loves full-size trucks, you might want to check out the link below to keep your appetite whetted. If you're more of a Sierra fan, well, it looks like you're going to have to wait a while - GMC hasn't updated its site yet.
