Listing is for a 1988 Camaro Iroc Z with only 44,851 miles,this car is in EXCELLENT condition,with no issues at all,fly in,drive home,no matter how far. This is a well optioned Iroc Z,with just about everything,minus T-Tops! This Iroc has the BOSE sound bar sound system (sounds awesome),and was one of only 4000 to feature that. There are no interior rips or tears,carpet is like new,dash is perfect,and all options,cruise,under hood lights,dome lights,air,ORIGINAL Tape deck works,power seats,windows,all work as they should. There is no curb rash on the Excellent Iroc rims,and tire tread is good,as are the brakes! There is an Alpine CD changer,trunk mounted,with remote,that is the only aftermarket item EVER on this car. Car is the 5.7 (350) TPI Car that runs very strong,and shifts great as well. I just replaced hood struts,and hatch struts,as the originals were weak,and also had the AC recharged. This car (I was told,and believe),was never driven in the rain,and no backseat passengers,EVER! GM recalling over 40,000 Chevy, Pontiac and Saturn models over fuel pump woes
Mon, 01 Oct 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall for a number of General Motors cars and crossovers bought or currently registered in the hot-climate states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas. As many as 40,859 units consisting of the 2007 Chevrolet Equinox, Pontiac Torrent and Saturn Ion and the 2007-2009 Chevrolet Cobalt (shown) and its Pontiac G5 twin are being recalled for potential fuel leaks.
This recall is being issued due to potentially faulty fuel pump components that can crack and cause gasoline to leak from the return or supply ports and possibly cause a fire. NHTSA has not indicated how many fuel leaks or vehicle fires have been reported. As a fix, GM will replace the fuel pump modules on all affected vehicles free of charge. Since Pontiac and Saturn have been shuttered, owners will be able to go to another GM-brand dealership to have their vehicles repaired.

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
