This is a very clean well kept SLP camaro. This car has been garage kept all its life and currently only has 54,XXX miles on it. Runs perfect and is ready to drive. I have had this car for 10 years and just honestly don't drive it enough and want to build another Harley Davidson. I have about 6k into this car and it dynoed right at 400 hp. This car sounds like a pro street, but can be driven to the beach with great gas mileage given the 6spd transmission. Tires still like new. This car turns lots of heads. No pets or kids ever in this car. I think I have listed everything done to the car below and even have a bunch of stock items to go along with it. Willing to answer any questions 717-891-9813 Serious inquires only please.
Condition: There is a small scratch on the driver side door smaller than a dime(see picture). Roof has minor paint bubbles (see picture), seems to be a factor defect on all hard top Camaros 98-02. Rear bumper was tapped and has no paint missing and no dent just a spider swirl. Driver rear right fender has a small dent not sure how or where it came from. Tried to take several pictures of these minor issues, however they are so small they wouldn't show up in the pic. Never had a problem with this car and it has never been into a shop for anything! Car still has original brakes and rotors (still in great shape). Smoke free car. Tires are in great shape and even have two more Eagle F1 Tires 95% tread not mounted to go with the car for the rear tires. Also have the stock SS (4) wheels to go with the car for winter purposes (tires are pretty worn on these as they are the stock tires).
History: I purchased this car from a Camaro enthusiast about 10 years ago with 18,000 miles on it. I have only put about a little over 35,000 miles on it. Never had a problem with this car and it has never been into a shop for anything! Simply runs amazing.
Shipping and payment: I would accept PayPal as a form of payment. Wire transfer seems to be the easiest to save additional costs to the seller and buyer. I am willing to deliver up to 60 miles to get that one last drive in. Shipping arrangements will not be made until money is received.
Features: The car speaks for itself. Runs perfectly, sounds amazing, and turns heads at all the car shows. Below has the extras that make this car stand out from the others. Won numerous trophy's with this car at various shows including a best of show out of 800 cars.

GM says hybrid Corvette no laughing matter [w/poll]
Fri, 30 Aug 2013When Mark Reuss was in LA recently, he sat down to have a few words with the scribes at the Los Angeles Times. When the issue of a hybrid Corvette came up, Reuss answered with "Don't laugh." The General Motors president is a complete fan of the possibility, calling it "attractive" and "really fun," believing it would improve GM expertise and that "people would love it."
Naturally, the president being supportive of an idea doesn't give indication that a hybrid Corvette is on the way. However, with supercars like the Porsche 918 Spyder and Ferrari LaFerrari giving hybrid tech a solid, if remote, place in the performance car world, the inexorable trickle-down of technology means we shouldn't be surprised if and when it does happen.
And now that we have that non-negative half-answer to a speculative question, it would be irresponsible for us not to commence rumormilling for the C8 Corvette. Taking Reuss at his word, the C8 will obviously be a hybrid with all-wheel-drive - the left side wheels driven with electric motors, the right side with the mid-mounted, four-cylinder diesel engine. With coefficient of drag of just .16, figure on a 0-to-60 mile-per-hour time of under 2 seconds and an all-electric range of something like 30 miles at top speed. Don't forget, folks, you read it here first.
Weekly Recap: Chevy and Alfa plot comeback strategies
Sat, Jun 27 2015Chevrolet and Alfa Romeo were two of the 20th Century's most iconic automotive brands. Chevy embodied America's post-war power and confidence. Alfa was the definition of the stylish Italian sports car. They reached halcyon heights in the 1950s and '60s, before declining precipitously amid new competition, changing consumer tastes, and uneven corporate management. Both say 2015 is the start of something better, and this week Chevy and Alfa laid out ambitious plans and showcased new cars that they hope will make them more relevant this year, and in the coming years. Each brand sits at its own crossroads, and their paths forward are as different as the Chevy Cruze and the Alfa Romeo Giulia. Chevy is still a sales beast, as evidenced by its volume of 4.8 million vehicles sold around the world last year. Chevy executives are fond of saying one of their cars is sold every seven seconds, which illustrates the strength and reach of a car brand that is the fourth largest in the world. "Make no mistake about it, we are a brand for the people," said General Motors North America president Alan Batey. But he wants consumers to want to buy a Chevy for its design and technology, not simply because it's affordable. That starts with all Chevys now featuring a distinctive a family look, with sporty cues from the Corvette or strong lines that riff on the Silverado pickup. "We want people to fall in lust with our cars," said Mike Pevovar, executive design director for Chevy passenger cars. "That initial emotional attraction has to be right on the exterior, and that's where form comes into play." Chevy is also loading up its cars, like the freshly unveiled 2016 Chevy Cruze, with technology to appeal to a younger crowd that prizes connectivity. The Cruze will offer Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with its MyLink infotainment system, and OnStar with 4G LTE and wifi. Seeking out younger buyers is also sound business practice: Millennials now outnumber Baby Boomers as the largest single age group in the United States. Younger buyers also can improve a brand's image, which is another area where Chevy would like to improve. Chevy ranks 82nd on Interbrand's Best Global Brand's list, behind 11 other automakers. Apple is No. 1. "We need our own variation of the Genius Bar," Batey said. 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulia View 3 Photos Meanwhile, Alfa is in different shape.
Chevy might've pulled out of NASCAR if it weren't for new Gen 6 car
Wed, 20 Feb 2013We've been on the fence with NASCAR for some time now. On one hand, it's some of the closest racing anywhere in motorsports, with actual passing and door-handle-to-door-handle action as a matter of course. But on the other, it's become template racing - a personality-driven sport more about the drivers than any sort of loyalty to a particular automaker. The Car Of Tomorrow format really rammed that message home, with a racecar's identity coming down to little more than headlamp stickers slapped on the nose. That's not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, but we've wondered for some time what's in it for the automakers, who pay big money to stay in a series that has had little increasingly little do with street car sales, let alone innovation.
Apparently General Motors was beginning to wonder the same thing. In a new ESPN report, Rick Hendrick, team owner of Hendrick Motorsports, suggests that GM would have seriously considered leaving NASCAR if it wasn't for the move away from the COT to the new Gen 6 racer. According to Hendrick, GM North America boss Mark Reuss spearheaded the charge away from the 2007 COT and toward a racecar with clearer automaker ties - cars like the new Chevrolet SS racer shown above. Learn more about the fight for a closer-to-production look in the ESPN story at the link.
Now, if we could just get more rear-wheel drive V8 coupes into showrooms....
