This is a 2 owner truck. I purchased this truck from the state of Wisconsin where it has been it's entire life. This was a state owned and used truck that was kept in very nice shape for it's age. These crew cab trucks are getting harder to find especially in a 4x4. This is a factory crew cab 3+3 dually 4x4 with the harder to find 6.2 diesel engine with just under 100k miles. Mileage is 91,515 The transmission is a 400th automatic and has a 205 gear drive transfer case. Now, as for the body, the drivers rocker and cab corners are blistered up with rust. Both floor pans do have a small thumb size hole in each floor pan. The floors are solid except for those two small spots. The front fenders and doors are nice. The box is solid, but is a small dent in drivers rear lower corner from where rear bumper was pushed in. Yes, the rear bumper is dented in. There is some rust blistering on the box. The dually fenders do have scratches and scrapes on them and could be fixed easily. The interior is in pretty good shape. Has the factory vinyl seats that has a rip at the seam. The dash bezel around the gauges is cracked around the radio. It has manual windows and locks. The dash pad is in great shape, with NO CRACKS. Has a nice matching painted cap. The tires on the front are around 80% roughly and the rears around 50% roughly. The truck runs and drives good. Starts real nice and quick. I took a lot of pics on here so you can see what your getting. with a little help, you can make this into a real sharp truck. I am a real crew cab buff and would love to keep this, but my work isn't going well. This truck is for sale locally so I do reserve the right to end this auction early at any time. So please bid to win. I'm also selling another crew cab 4x4 dually as a parts truck locally. I did include one pic of the truck with cab and doors sitting on it, but cab does not go with. It is a 4x4 dually, but there is a set of non-dually rims on front with lockouts removed. No body, just the frame, 454, 400 trans and 205 transfer case and axles. Feel free to call me with any questions before you bid or to see this green crew cab dually truck. I've described the truck to the best I can, hopefully I didn't miss anything, but again, I do encourage you to give me a call on this awesome truck. It is a torque monster. Once again, this auction is for the GREEN CREW CAB DUALLY ONLY!! Shipping and expenses are the high winning bidders responsibility, not mine. Have fun with this truck, hate to see it go. call 262-745-6353

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray priced from $51,995*
Fri, 26 Apr 2013After months of speculation, Chevrolet has finally revealed the official starting price of the 2014 Corvette Stingray. The base MSRP for the 450-horsepower Stingray Coupe will be $51,995, while the Stingray Convertible will go for $56,995 (*both prices include a $995 destination fee). This means that the price increase from 2013 to 2014 is just $1,400 for the coupe and $2,395 for the convertible - pretty modest increases considering the upgrade in specifications. Of course, neither price accounts for the sort of dealer markup that might grace early C7 window stickers, especially since less than a third of all Chevrolet dealers will be allocated Corvette models to sell at the car's launch.
Now, these prices are for the base car, so if you're wondering how much a fully loaded Stingray will run, Chevy has given us a good indication of that as well. The coupe we saw on display at the Detroit Auto Show (shown above), for example, would run $73,360 including options such as the $2,800 Z51 Performance Package, $2,495 competition sport seats and the $1,795 Magnetic Ride Control option - just to name a few. Stepping up to the 3LT trim level that brings a full leather interior will run an extra $8,005 over the base price.
While $20,000 in options may seem like a lot, this "as-tested" price still has the C7 competitively priced against rival coupes like the Porsche 911 and Nissan GT-R. Speaking of price comparisons, Chevrolet also points out that the C7 Stingray Z51 costs $2,200 less than the C6 Grand Sport while delivering better acceleration (0-60 mph in less than four seconds) and improved track performance (including more than 1 g in cornering).
This 450-hp electric Lotus Evora is powered by Tesla and Chevrolet
Tue, May 9 2017When someone mentions an electric Lotus, the first thing that comes to mind is the Tesla Roadster, the California-based automaker's first vehicle. That car started life as an Elise before being heavily massaged and adapted by Tesla's engineers. In a similar spirit, the people at Onpoint Dyno are close to finishing Blue Lightning, a track-ready all-electric Lotus Evora. Blue Lightning uses a Tesla drive unit and a Chevrolet Volt battery pack, both mounted in the middle in place of the Evora's 3.5-liter Toyota V6. It's putting down about 450 horsepower at the wheels. The car was built for time attack sessions, so power is fed through custom forged wheels and super sticky Pirelli PZero Trofeo R tires, the same ones found on the last Chevrolet Camaro Z/28. There is a custom digital instrument cluster in place of the Lotus gauges. There's also a regen paddle on the left side of the steering wheel. With a full charge, Blue Lighting should go about 120 miles. While the car runs under its own power, it's only about 90 percent complete. It has no power steering, no firewall in between the seats and the motor and battery pack, no A/C, and a large hole where the shift lever used to be. Other final touches include fine-tuning the brakes and suspension. There is also a custom rear bumper coming that should make it look more like the new Lotus Evora 400. Onpoint Dyno expects the car to hit the track in the next month or so. Related Video:
