Up for sale is this beautiful Chevy C10, she has a freshly installed SBC 350, with a rebuilt TH350 tranny. This little hot rod has power steering, power brakes, and factory AC although AC is not currently working. The body is super straight, seats came out of a 90's Chevy 1500, and are very comfortable. This truck drives like a new vehicle, and is very reliable. The bed is in excellent condition as well, it is not beat up like most older pickups. This truck has zero rust, all body/frame/floors are clean and cancer free, the bed developed a little surface brown, but that can easily be cleaned off. All 4 tires have at least 85% life left, wheels are American Racing. This truck is lowered for that clean hot rod look, had true dual exhaust with dual glass packs(sounds MEAN), there is a few other performance goodies on this beauty as well. All bushing are polyurethane, new shocks, this beast rides very smooth, no steering play whatsoever! Starts on a dime! Ready for paint! When I was a kid, I decided that life wasn't worth living if it weren't in pursuit of owning a GMC Typhoon. My 12-year-old self crafted a fiscal strategy that, when combined with my offer of a 49-percent share of ownership in the car in return for my parents' contribution of 80-percent of the purchase price, would see me behind the wheel of a Typhoon by the time I hit college. They walked away from the negotiating table and, the economic climate of the 8th grade being what it was at the time, another partner wasn't found before the Typhoon was discontinued.
Roy El-Rayes, however, has succeeded where 12-year-old me failed, and he did it by using the sort of professionalism that only a PowerPoint presentation can provide, along with some humor and bold-faced flattery.

2014 Corvette Stingray meets Tesla Model S in drag strip showdown

The Tesla Model S P85 is the sportiest version of this paradigm-punching sedan from California, while the 2014 Corvette Stingray Z51 is a performance-enhanced version of Michigan's recently-updated sports car stalwart. The West Coast car seats five adults and eats electrons like Popeye eats spinach, the Easterner has two passenger places and, surprisingly, sips gasoline like one might bourbon. An attribute they do happen to share is extreme quickness. This similarity is all the excuse Drag Times needed to set the vehicles beside each other at the Palm Beach International Raceway for a bit of mano-a-mano quarter-mile combat. Fortunately enough, cameras were rolling for each of two bouts down the blacktop and the results recorded for our edification and enlightenment. The winner?
