1968 C-10 Chevy Truck on 2040-cars

This is a 1968 c10 the truck has been stripped to the frame and built back up rust has been fixed with new sheet metal cab corners/rockers/floor pans ect. the truck has a built all roller 383 stroker with a built th350 transmission. the truck also has a new updated wiring harness and a completely new interior it has a double dash dvd player amp and speakers the cab was completely dyno-mated ,all new gauges the milage on the truck shows 73 but the truck probable has closer to 250 miles on it since new drive train was installed it has a wood oak bed led tail lights and I'm sure there is stuff I'm forgetting basically the truck has just about everything new a couple things the truck could use I relocated the battery to the bed it needs a nice polished battery box about $109 on ebay and I have a new chrome front bumper that will be included with the truck.the truck looks great and runs strong this has been my project for the last 5 yrs I hate to see it go but it time to move on thanks for looking

Indian tuner turns Chevy Optra into Mustang 'Eleanor' replica
Fri, 03 Aug 2012If you are a big fan of automotive oddities, this may come as a little treat. If you are a Shelby or Mustang diehard, prepare to have your sensibilities violated.
The master fabricators at BigDaddyCustoms are the minds behind what you see above. At first, it appears to be a slightly misshapen custom Mustang, modeled after "Eleanor" from Gone In 60 Seconds, but upon further examination, something appears to be amiss. In fact, the custom shop, based in India, has created an Eleanor replica grafted upon a lowly Chevrolet Optra. While it may take a second for the Optra to ring a bell, you should recognize its badge-engineered sibling, the Daewoo Lacetti, used on Top Gear.
We don't know what star would opt for the Reasonably Priced Car in Shelby's clothing, but it's clearly someone more concerned with the aesthetic than the performance credentials of this automotive mash-up.
Silverado HD, Touareg V10 TDI face off in diesel tug-of-war
Sun, 30 Dec 2012A couple weeks ago, we watched a Chevrolet Silverado get dominated by a Dodge Ram Heavy Duty in a fullsize pickup tug-of-war, but in that truck's defense, Chevy's Vortec gas engine was no match for the torquey Cummins turbo diesel. For our next round of vehicular tug-of-war, a Duramax-powered Silverado HD takes on Volkswagen Touareg V10 TDI.
Now, on paper, putting the Duramax V8's 365 horsepower and 660 pound-feet of torque up against the V10's 310 hp and 553 lb-ft looks like an easy win for the Bowtie, but unfortunately, this battle has a similar result as the Dodge versus Chevy video, with the Silverado smoking its tires trying to move forward as it gets pulled backwards. Put another way: YouTube 2, Chevy Silverado 0.
It just goes to show, though, that big tires, bolt-on fender flares and goofy smoke stacks don't improve your towing abilities. Besides, what did the Silverado driver expect when the Touareg V10 TDI has towed a Boeing 747 in the past?
