Everything on this car works. The Car runs good and gets great gas mileage. It was purchased for a daughter in college to use when she came home for the summer, but she is instead going overseas for her studies and I already have my own vehicles. I put this car in top mechanical shape because I wanted her to have reliable and safe transportation, so that's what you'll be getting if you buy it. Also included is the original Owner's Manual and a copy of the JVC Operator Manual for the radio.

If you look at the photos, you will CLEARLY see that the Driver's Side Left Lower Control Arm and the Axle Half Shaft w/ New CV Joints and Boots are Brand New Genuine GM Parts. I do not know how the original parts were damaged, but I can tell you that I had a Retired ASE Certified Mechanic with 40 years of experience look closely at the work and he verified that it was all professionally done and that there was no frame damage of any kind. The front end is also correctly aligned as is the rear. The Motor Mount is also Brand New and was replaced with a Genuine GM Replacement Part. Auto-Check Reports this vehicle has having Frame Damage, which is FALSE. It had a bent lower control arm on the Driver's Side, which was replaced, along with the axle half shaft using BRAND NEW GENUINE GM PARTS. A 4 Wheel Alignment was also done, and the vehicle aligned properly. This Vehicle Tracks and Drives Straight. Please don't take my word for it. Feel free to inspect the car for yourself because nothing is being hidden. The car has a regular Arizona Title. It was NEVER Totaled or had a Salvage Title.


The Front Brake Pads have approximately 60 percent left, rear brake shoe linings have approximately 80 percent left.

The Car's exterior is not perfect. It has a some very small hail dings on it, and there is a scrape and a slight dent in the right rear door and quarter panel area. The rear bumper cover also has some nicks in the paint. I was going to have all that taken care off and have the car repainted, but since my daughter won't be needing it, I decided to sell it as is and have priced the car accordingly. The maintenance on this former Fleet Lease vehicle has been kept up.

What's nice about this vehicle for those who live in Arizona, the insurance and vehicle registration won't drain your wallet, and since it's a private sale, there is NO Sales Tax. Vehicle has a Clean Title.

GM program sees dealers taking on way more loaner cars

Given the volume of vehicles we're talking about, this is a significant development for GM's bottom line. Bring your car into the dealership for service, and you may need a loaner car in exchange. And with so many recalls being carried out, that means a lot of loaners – especially at General Motors dealerships. That could be one of the reasons why GM is massively expanding its loaner fleet program. While many Chevrolet and Buick-GMC dealerships have an on-site rental car location operated by a third party like Enterprise (which may or may not provide a GM vehicle), others manage their own loaner fleets. But while the range of dealerships operating such fleets was once small, reports Automotive News, the number has been growing rapidly: from the locations responsible for only 20 percent of those brands' sales two years ago to about 90 percent today. The impetus for that growth comes down to a massive expansion of GM's Courtesy Transportation Program. The initiative encourages dealers to ramp up their loaner fleet to a maximum size determined by GM, with a mix determined by the dealer itself, so that a showroom in Texas can be bolstered with a fleet of pickup trucks and a dealer in California can employ more Volt and Camaro Convertible loaners. The dealership gets a $500 credit for each vehicle its puts in its fleet, and can use those vehicles as loaners for service customers, as multi-day test drivers or to rent out separately. The vehicles remain in the dealer's fleet for 90 days or 7,500 miles, then they can be sold as used, but with new-car incentives. The dealer gets a fleet of loaners, customers get to use the loaners, try out a new car overnight or buy a barely used car with attractive incentives, and GM gets to clock more sales. But therein lies the kicker: the automaker counts the dispatch of the loaner new vehicle to the dealership as a new-car sale, which could end up distorting its sales figures. Counting loaner vehicles as sold vehicles is something of an industry-standard practice, but given the volume of vehicles we're talking about, this is a significant development for GM's bottom line. One dealership - Paddock Chevrolet in Kenmore, NY, for example - had no loaner fleet two years ago, but now runs a fleet of 50 vehicles. Multiply that by the 4,000 or so dealers GM has across America and you're talking about the potential for hundreds of thousands of these sorts of sales.

Nissan Leaf ends 2013 with best sales month ever, but can't catch Chevy Volt

Nissan and Chevrolet both ended 2013 with solid sales figures for their plug-in vehicles, the first two that were released (all the way back at the end of 2010) from major automakers. As has been the story for most of 2013, December sales for the Nissan Leaf and the Chevy Volt were roughly the same. When we left the year-to-date running tally at the end of November, the Volt was at 20,702, while the Leaf was at 20,080. As you can tell from the image above (if you've been noticing the trend in these EV sales monthly flash-reports), the Leaf outsold the Volt, but was it enough to put the Nissan on top for the year? In 2013, Nissan sold 22,610 Leafs, more than twice as many as in 2012. Almost. The Leaf made a valiant attempt, and did have its best month ever with 2,529 units sold. That means that for 2013, Nissan moved a total of 22,610 Leafs, more than twice as many as in 2012 (that year, Nissan sold only 9,819 Leafs in the US) and actually more than 2012 and 2011 Leaf sales combined (which was 19,493). Nissan continues to see the effects of its price drop and expanded sales areas, with Georgia rapidly becoming a Leaf hotbed. Nissan's Paige Presley said that Atlanta was once again the Leaf's number one market and that, "sales are expanding deeper into Georgia markets such as Macon and Columbus." The Volt saw a boost upwards from a November slump and sold 2,392 units in December. That puts the plug-in hybrid's annual total at 23,094, just down from the 23,461 sold in 2012. For all of 2013, though, the Volt outsold the Leaf by 484 vehicles. In a competition like this, we'll count that as a win for both sides. Chevy Malibu Hybrid wins 2016 Connected Green Car of the Year

From the Washington Auto Show today, Green Car Journal's Ron Cogan announced three different fuel-efficient vehicle awards. They were: 2016 Connected Green Car of the Year: Chevy Malibu Hybrid 2016 Luxury Green Car of the Year: Volvo XC90 T8 2016 Green SUV of the Year: Honda HR-V The Volvo was nominated in two categories, but it did not win the Connected Green Car of the Year.
