This vehicle will come with a PA Reconstructed Flood branded Title.

As you can see from the 30+ photos that we have listed this is a great looking and very well equipped 2010 BMW Z4 sDrive35i Roadster.

Just to highlight, it features an automatic transmission, Xenon headlights, power retractable hard top, comfort access keyless entry, leather interior, heated front seats, dual power seats with dual lumbar support and driver memory, dual zone climate control, dynamic stability control (DSC), hill descent control, Bluetooth, cd/satellite radio ready/aux. input jack audio system, 18" alloy wheels and much more.

The body is in all around great condition.

The interior is in equally great condition and it is very clean.

Mechanically this BMW is in great condition with nothing negative to report. Just push the button, drive and enjoy.

What you can not see in the photos is that this Z4 was previously involved in a flood. It appears as if the vehicle either backed into water or was parked on an incline on a road that got flooded, as only the lower storage area in the trunk took in water. We replaced the power hard top hydraulic pump (located in the trunk floor) and cleaned the area. There are no stains or odors in the vehicle. It has been inspected and titled in PA and comes with a PA Reconstructed Flood branded Title. The drive of this convertible is great and it could not be told apart from a similar vehicle with no history.

In a nutshell what you have here is an awesome looking, very well equipped Z4 sDrive35i convertible that needs nothing more than a new home. It is being discounted strictly for its history.

Terms of Sale & Condition

The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment Methods

Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 215-975-0134 x107 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty

Notice to Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating must email us or call us prior to bidding. If we do not have contact with you within 24 hours of your bid it will be cancelled.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
