2009 Nissan Versa 1.8SL 4dr Hatchback White

You are bidding on a white 2009 Versa SL 4 Door Hatchback.  This single owner vehicle was kept smoke free its entire life.  Equipped with an efficient four-cylinder engine 122-hp 1.8-liter and Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). Safety comes standard with this car, with six airbags and anti-lock brakes.  It also gets great gas mileage at 27/33 Hwy, and I have even gotten better than these numbers myself.  It also has a clear title and has no liens on the vehicle.  I have title in hand for an easy sale.

I just put all new BF Goodrich tires on the car (four) in January that have almost no wear.  (My loss and your gain!)  The transmission is also brand new! It was recently replaced at the local Nissan dealer. They decided to not rebuild the transmission but completely replace it.  This work is also under warranty nationally through Nissan until 120,000 miles/10 years.

This vehicle also comes with a dealer added/wired in Navigation Unit, built for Nissan by Garmin that is wired to the dashboard.  I also have the car wired for a Sirius Satellite receiver.  (Note there is no receiver with the car only antenna and power wires.)

The interior is clean with no rips and no major stains. Factory floors mats are also included. There is a small dent on the driver side door that is hardly noticeable (see pictures).  There is also a small chip in the paint on the roof from a rock about 1/2 inch long.  There is a leak in the tank of the windshield washer fluid tank.  This part is around $25 on the internet.  Mechanically speaking, the car drives well and is in a like new condition.  The car recently had new brakes installed within the last year. The car comes with two sets of keys and remote key fobs.  Also included is the front license plate holder (see pictures).

Shipping: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. I will gladly help if you would like to ship the vehicle.

Deposit & Payment: A deposit equal to 20% of the closing price must be made within 24 hours of auction close by cash or certified check, or $500 via PayPal.  Within 72 hours of closing the buyer must pay balance of auction by cash or certified check.

Inspections: I welcome inspections and will gladly meet anyone who would like to see the car in person.

Title: Title is clear and I have it in hand.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes, and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
