We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
Please
read notice carefully before bidding!
Winning
bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction closing,
either by e-mail or telephone to confirm intent to purchase.
They must give their name, address, and phone number for our
records. Further, high bidders are required to send a $500 deposit
within 24hrs of the auction by cashier's check, money order,
or wire transfer payable to Galleria Motors. If confirmation within
24 hours is not received this vehicle will be offered to the
next qualified bidder or may be sold by any other means. All
deals are to be finalized within 5 days. We will notify eBay tm
on the accounts of all high bidders who do not complete the
transaction.
When you bid you are
entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle
described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item,
do not bid! Unqualified Bidding, Auction Interference, and any
form of Harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the
fullest extent of the law. All bidders must be able to pay cash

responsible for the following fees: 6.25% sales tax on the completed
auction price, $50.00 documentary fee and a $88.00 title
fee; $95.00 admin fee and 0.002461% of the auction close price
for and Inventory Tax. These are all mandatory fees from the
State of Texas and are not negotiable.
All bidders are encouraged
to participate in our auction; however, bidders with a previous
non-pay, or only negative feedback will require prior approval,
or bids will be canceled (do not wait). We reserve the right
to: Obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders
participating in this auction. Cancel any and all bids at our
discretion. We will not allow for bidders to cancel or retract
