Hello and welcome to our "No Reserve" for this 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Special Edition 4X4 SUV with Quadra Trac II and Winter package. “It’s A Jeep Thing.” We have thoroughly inspected this Jeep out prior to putting her up for sale, she is in truly great shape mechanically. As of now, this truck runs out excellent, solid drive, no mechanical issues, no electrical problems, no lights, was scanned and computer checked to be in a good bill of health. All windows and doors work perfect. The 4.0L, 6-cylinder, engine is smooth, strong and powerful. The automatic transmission shifts right on time. According to the previous owner, the transmission was rebuilt 3 or 4 months ago and has no issues. Ride is quiet with no noises and feels super. Please look and see from the many detailed pictures taken, the "Brilliant Black Pearl" exterior looks great and shines like the Florida sun! May have some dings/light dents or touch up spots. No issues with the undercarriage. The "Gray" leather interior looks real nice, no rips or tears, overall in very good condition! The Air conditioning is ice cold, the heater works well. This Jeep features, "Special Edition", 4X4, Quadra Trac II, Winter package, power front seats, 16-inch alloy wheels, leather wrapped, tilt steering wheel with cruise controls, AM/FM/Cassette/CD audio system, tinted glass, keyless entry, roof rack, spare tire, jack, folding rear seat, 12V outlets, retractable rear cargo cover, homelink, tachometer, rear wiper, rear defogger, fog lights, floor mats, power windows, mirrors, locks, heated exterior mirrors, compass, external temperature display, 4.0L, 6-cylinder PowerTech engine, 4-speed automatic transmission, owner's manual and much more. Nice fit and finish. Some safety features, on this SUV, include, engine immobilizer, electronic brakeforce distribution, rear door child locks, front air bags and 4-wheel antilock disc brakes. Seats 5 passengers with comfort. Rear seats fold-down to create a nice size cargo area, very convenient for groceries and home/garden items. The tires are in good shape as you can see! Overall, good solid ride! All of our vehicles are free from any and all liens. You will receive a clean title. We also use our detailed pictures as a physical description so look at them all. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com) etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. Please be advised that buyers MUST be pre-approved before bidding on ALL finance deals. Sales are final and complete. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.

  • We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.

  • *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc.  A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. Please, feel free to contact the dealer with ANY questions regarding this tax issue.

    IMPORTANT!
  • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and you may need to spend a little.

  • Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.

  • All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.

  • We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.

  • Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.

  • A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.

  • All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations. I the buyer hereby agree that this sale of said automobile originates in the jurisdiction of Broward county Florida and will be considered as a final State of Florida transaction and sale, regardless of shipping or the state which titling and registration will be done in.
