North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram reserves the right to sell all vehicles to walk in customers. If we sell a vehicle to a walk in customer we will remove the eBay auction once the vehicle is delivered. If an instance occurs where an eBayer hits the Buy It Now on a vehicle that has just sold to a walk in customer then North Point will make its best efforts in locating an acceptable replacement vehicle for you but this is not guaranteed.

New Vehicle Pricing:

All New Vehicles are priced with rebates that are applicable to everyone and are based on North Carolina Region rebates. Rebates may or may not be different depending on the region in which you register your new vehicle. Rebates that may be included in the price are customer cash, finance incentive (if applicable), and trade-in assistance (if applicable). No other special rebates are included in new vehicle pricing.

Auction Policies:

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay, please contact us prior to bidding. We reserve the right to cancel any bids for the purpose of protecting the integrity of the auction. Buyer pickup and shipping:

Payment Types Accepted:

PayPal is accepted for deposits only. Out of State Buyers:

All out of state buyers are not charged North Carolina sales tax, title, or license fees on used vehicles. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. On new vehicles, the dealership must register, title, and pay your taxes (in your state) which the buyer will be charged for.

Taxes and fees:

All North Carolina residents will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees.

Deposit and Final Payment:

We require a $500 PayPal or credit card deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction or clicking Buy It Now. Final payment is required within 7 calendar days of the end of auction or Buy It Now.
