  When you place a bid on a  vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding  contract to purchase the vehicle. You have already  decided on the price you would like to pay for this  vehicle based on the description, autocheck link and  pictures listed above. This arrangement is outlined  in the eBay User Agreement.

Furthermore, We shall not be  liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
  2. Bidder with only  negative feedback or bid retractions need not  bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will  be automatically rejected.
  3. Bidder must be 18  years or older.
  4. At end of auction  high bidder should contact seller within 24  HOURS TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT AND PICK  UP OR SHIPPING and  complete the transaction within 5 days of  auctions end. A $500 DEPOSIT MUST BE  MADE IN 24 HOURS .. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION FOR WHATEVER  REASON YOU WILL LOOSE THE DEPOSIT TO BE USED FOR RE LISTING , OUR TIME AND OTHER  EXPENSIS.. IF THE CAR IS NOT AS DISCRIBED UPON DELIVERY AND YOU REFUSE THE CAR ,   WE WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT WITHOUT ISSUE.. These are the only terms for this  auction as far as completing this item. In other words at the end of THREE days the item must be  paid for. We  will add a $169.00 dealer  prep charge to the final bid price. This is to  cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls,  Fed-Exing,USPS of packages airport pick ups, up  to 30 day storage and other document handling  costs.   6. If transaction is not  completed within this time, the SELLER CAN APPLY  FOR NON PAYING BIDDER  and item can be relisted  or sold to next highest bidder... Please be advised that used  vehicles will have typical scratches and dings  inherent. I  WOULD LIKE TO MENTION WHEN BUYING A USED CAR YOU  CAN EXPECT SOME WEAR AND TEAR. A USED CAR THAT  IS ONLY THREE YEARS OLD WOULD SHOW MUCH LESS  WEAR AND TEAR THAN ONE THAT WOULD BE 10 YEARS  OLD ECT, ECT. EVEN IF WE SAY THE CAR IS EXTRA CLEAN IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS A  BRAND NEW CAR .. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT  WE SELL THE NICEST CARS WE CAN POSSIBLE FIND BUT THEY ARE USED ..
  8. We  welcome a buyers inspection. If you plan to have  a buyers inspection, please make sure you  inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.  Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges  and fees.CARS PICKED UP IN PERSON WILL BE TEST DRIVIN , AND BUYER WILL HAVE A  CHANCE TO GO OVER THE VEHICLE.. IF ACCEPTED , WE WILLL ASK TO LEAVE APPROPIATE  FEEDBACK AT DELIVER ..

Out of state buyers  are responsible for all state, county, city  taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in  the state that the vehicle will be registered.  All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order  for vehicle to be titled and registered. Acceptable methods of  payment are CASH  IN PERSON, CASHIERS  CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS OR MONEY ORDERS. PERSONAL  CHECKS ARE ACCEPTABLE BUT MAY TAKE 5 TO 7 DAYS  TO CLEAR before  car can be picked up and title can be sent out. WE DO  ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR DEPOSIT ,NO  PAY PAL OR BANK  DRAFTS AT THIS TIME.
  12. Clean  reassigned title on all vehicles unless other  wise specified
