Joe Oros, Ford Mustang Project Design Chief, said it best about the Mustang; “I told the team that I wanted the car to appeal to women, but I wanted men to desire it, too. I wanted a Ferrari-like front end, the motif centered on the front – something heavy-looking like a Maserati, but, please, not a trident – and I wanted air intakes on the side to cool the rear brakes. I said it should be as sporty as possible and look like it was related to European design.”

MotoeXotica is pleased to present this show winning, body off rotisserie, nut & bolt restored Mustang Convertible. The car is as nice on the bottom as it is on the top with the correct iron oxide finish and correct factory chalk markings. Everything on this awesome black Mustang was either rebuilt or replaced and is sure to win trophies at any level!

The body of this car is extremely straight and solid. All of the iconic lines along the car flow beautifully while nestled beneath a very high quality, show winning paint job. The black paint on this Mustang is deep and almost looks wet to the touch. We are hard pressed to find imperfections, even down to the door jambs! The chrome bumpers, trim and accent pieces all appear new and show no signs of imperfection while complimenting the black paint perfectly. The power white convertible top is in beautiful shape as well with no stains or tearing.

Inside, the seats are wrapped in the deluxe, tan “Pony” vinyl interior. The seats are in wonderful condition, as are the door panels and carpet. The dashboard is finished in tan and shows no signs of cracking or fade. The dash houses a set of original looking gauges, as well as an AM radio. BONUS – Every single interior light works, including the rear console light. Wow!

Under the hood, you’ll find a highly detailed engine bay with the enticing 289 cubic inch V8 engine. As mentioned before, this is a true “A” code Mustang and the engine is correct. The engine breathes through means of aluminum dual exhaust and sounds great. Mated to the engine is an automatic transmission that is shifted through a floor shifter. This particular Mustang is equipped with power steering and power brakes. The car sits upon a set of 14” Mustang wheels wrapped in P195/75R14 white wall radial tires that look great.

Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will email or fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via email or fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via priority mail within seven(7) days from date of final payment unless payment is made by check. If payment is made by check, original papework will be sent ten (10) business days after receipt. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.

Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage. We take care of all the details and paperwork. All you have to do is collect the car at port and enjoy! Please note that we are not a transport company and only offer the service as a convenience to our customers. You are more than welcome to arrange your own shipping.
