The Good Stuff:

I do not fear the miles on this car, it was adult driven, was very well taken care of, was owned by a 71 year old man, not some kid with his hat on crooked and baggy pants hanging below his butt. This car is huge inside and out, is equipped with a very strong 4.2 Liter V8 engine, AWD, power everything, ice cold AC, heated leather seats, CD, navigation, sun roof, non smoker, good glass, aftermarket wheels, K@N air filter, a recent $2600 timing service, new AC condenser and more. I have put more than 500 miles on this car just in the last week, it starts, runs, drives, shifts and stops excellent in every way, I would not hesitate to jump in and drive this car anywhere.

A side note: My wife is pulling every trick in the book to try and talk me into letting her keep this car. We are 4X4 truck people, we live in a cabin at 8000ft in the woods on a dirt road and yet she still wants it, it is that cool, it attracts a lot of attention and has a ton of attitude.

The Not So Good Stuff:

This car, though always garaged, was driven all year in a variety of Colorado weather, is 15 years old with high miles so there are some negative things to be expected, most in this case are only cosmetic. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff no matter how small because I value my reputation/feedback and no one likes "surprises" buying a car on-line.

The tires on this car are bald, and need to be replaced. I could not decide if I should replace them before listing this ad or keep the price lower and let the buyer choose and replace them with their first choice in W-Z rated performance rubber. I do get tires wholesale and am happy to help facilitate on this end if you purchase this car.

there are multiple scratches on the rear bumper (see photos)

there is a piece of tape holding the rear tow cover in place, I will address that before auction end (see photos)

there are some scratches underneath the rear bumper (see photos)

there are a couple scratches here and there, maybe a ding etc as you would expect on a vehicle of this age and miles.

There is some road chipping/wear on the leading edges of the rear fenders (see photos)

There is some road chipping on the leading edges of the chrome mirrors (see photos)

The PO broke or lost one of the buttons located in the drivers door frame, the other has a piece of tape over it (see photos) I am seeking replacements before auction end.

This car is equipped with a GPS navigation system but so far I have not been able to find the CD that operates it.

Aside from the above list and some overall to be expected age related normal used car type stuff this is an excellent Audi, hard to find one of these care cheap in this condition, it will make someone very happy to own it...

If you are in the Durango CO area and need a quality mechanic, I cannot speak highly enough of Jayson Black owner of Auto Surgeons (25 Flightline Road, Animas Air Park 970 403 5511) He is a master Subaru tech, highly skilled with nearly any vehicle, experienced, honest, he will not waste your money.
