2012 Hyundai Tucson GLS AWD with 26k miles. This vehicle was involved at a minor fresh water flood at a local auction. This was one of 5 low level water vehicles we purchased. All vehicles have no damage. The water marks can be seen in photos 2-6 below. The carpets were the only thing wet on this vehicle and there was no damage as a result of the water. This vehicle has been detailed, test driven and everything functions as it should. The vehicles title has been marked as "Not actual mileage" by the insurance company and salvaged out since the vehicle wasn't powered up. The exterior is in good condition, has minor wear with a few minor dings which can be popped out. The interior is clean besides a few marks on the rear interior panels located on the hatch area and on the back of the front seats. You are more than welcome to come test drive this vehicle or bring your mechanic to inspect it. This vehicle will have to go to salvage inspection in your home state before being registered. Please be advised, that you need to be familiar with the salvage inspection process before purchasing this vehicle. This is your chance to buy a $21k vehicle at a huge discount! We accept cash in person, or wire transfer.
Successful "winning" bidder must contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within (7) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cash payment, or wire transfer. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Shipping Information:

Please understand that it is the Buyer�s responsibility to arrange shipping. We are NOT the shipping company. All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport said vehicle. Should you need assistance in locating a shipping service, please let us know! We aim to recommend only quality vendors.

Terms & Conditions:

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. However, every buyer must pay a doc fee of $73.50. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state and the fees that are assoicated with their purchase.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $73.50. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. We do not accept credit card for full payment. $500 maximum amount allowed on credit cards.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). Online Bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, please DO NOT BID!
