cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.

Deposit: John Holt Autogroup requires a $500 deposit
within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for
payment.

Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing.

 All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.

 

Taxes and Fees:
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are
responsible for the documentation fee.
The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle
in their home state.  You will receive 30-day in-transit tags. Our documentation fee is $149.00 and everyone must pay this fee.

In-state buyers will not be charged state and local taxes, title,

International Buyers
We welcome international bidders on PRE-OWNED INVENTORY ONLY, but PLEASE be certain that you pre-arrange shipping and that you can send the U.S. funds to us in a reasonable amount of time.  We accept wire transfers, certified checks, and credit card
deposits.

Auction Policies

Winning bidder must contact John Holt Autogroup, within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days.  We  reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Buyer Pickup

Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements. 
Dealership is closed on Sundays and delivery is not available then. 
Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days.
