1993 VW Eurovan MV for sale in well maintained good condition.

The van is over 20 years old with 178,000 miles. In the past three years I have put on about 30K and through that time I have tried to take good care of the van and had it serviced by a great VW mechanic in Reading who owns two Eurovans himself. Here is a list of what has been done since I have owned the van.

  • New Stereo system with Bluetooth and independent Sirius/XM receiver
  • Goodyear Assurance P255/60 R16 with at least 60% tread life left.
  • New wheel cylinders
  • New dashboard and controls
  • New oil cooler
  • New transmission mounts
  • New rear wheel bearings
  • New CV boots
  • New front brake rotors
  • New exhaust system
  • New timing belt, water pump and serpentine belt
  • New front shocks
  • New transmission seals
  • New Battery

When I bought the van I was interested in a solid body with a vehicle that ran. I knew I could have the mechanicals taken care of, but wanted a good interior and body. There are no curtains, but we have taken her on extensive trips with no problems (5,000 mikes to Montana/Wyoming and back).

The read tail gate took a hit a couple of months ago, but otherwise the body is in good condition. There is some surface rust, but nothing that is serious and cannot be thwarted with a little annual grinding and painting. The temperature gauge fuel gauge have been intermittent since I bought the van.  As you can see, I replaced the dashboard and controls. While they were replacing the dash they also replaced the diode that works both gauge described above. They are still intermittent.

The van runs like a sewing machine and has never left us down. There are still many miles left on this spacious vehicle.
