THIS IS ONE CLEAN JAGUAR BOTH INSIDE AND OUT!  IT HAS A STRAIGHT BODY OVERALL WITH ONLY TWO SMALL DINGS (RIGHT-REAR DOOR & RIGHT 1/4 PANEL). THE BLACK METALLIC PAINT LOOKS GOOD EVERYWHERE (EXCEPT THE ROOF) WITH ONLY MINOR CHIPS AND SCRATCHES HERE AND THERE.  THE ONLY REAL PAINT ISSUE IS THAT THE CLEAR COAT ON THE ROOF IS CRACKING AND FADED (SEE PIC BELOW).

THE ORIGINAL ALLOY WHEELS LOOK VERY GOOD AND THE MATCHING SET OF TIRES ARE NEW!

THE CHROME TRIM LOOKS VERY GOOD!

THE 4.0L-V8 ENGINE FIRES RIGHT UP AND RUNS EXCELLENT WITH POWERFUL ACCELERATION AND A SMOOTH IDLE!  THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHIFTS THROUGH THE GEARS SMOOTHLY AND THIS CAR IS A PLEASURE TO DRIVE! 

MECHANICALLY, THIS JAGUAR XJR NEEDS SOME WORK TO PASS STATE INSPECTION. THE CAR CURRENTLY HAS NO INSPECTION STICKER.  TO PASS STATE INSPECTION THIS CAR NEEDS: NEW FRONT-LOWER CONTROL ARMS, NEW FRONT SHOCKS AND NEW SHOCK BUSHINGS FRONT AND REAR.  THE ONLY OTHER MECHANICAL ISSUE IS A BAD ALTERNATOR.  THE ONE ON THE CAR WORKS, BUT WILL OVERCHARGE THE SYSTEM WHEN THE CAR EXCEEDS 4,000 RPM.  THE CAR CAN BE DRIVEN SAFELY AND RELIABLY AT ANY SPEED UNDER 4,000 RPM, BUT THE ALTERNATOR COULD DAMAGE THE COILS IF THE CAR EXCEEDS 4,000 RPM FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

ALL THE ELECTRONIC FEATURES AND OPTIONS WORK PROPERLY EXCEPT FOR THE SUNROOF AND THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT, WHICH WON'T MOVE.

THE A/C BLOWS ICE COLD!

AS MENTIONED EARLIER, THERE IS NO STATE INSPECTION STICKER ON THE CAR.  VA RESIDENTS WHO BUY THIS CAR WILL GET IT WITH A "REJECTION" STICKER DUE TO THE MECHANICAL PROBLEMS LISTED ABOVE.  NON-RESIDENTS OF VA WHO PLAN ON TRANSPORTING THE CAR WILL GET THE CAR WITH NO STICKER.  NON-RESIDENTS OF VA WHO PLAN ON DRIVING THE CAR TO YOUR STATE WILL GET THE CAR WITH A "REJECTION" STICKER.
