Vehicle Condition:
We do our best to accurately describe our vehicles.
However, with any pre-owned
vehicle, you can expect to find minor blemishes and
imperfections that often are hard to show in
photos.
Not all used cars come with all keys, books, floor mats,
manuals, headsets, etc. Mercedes-Benz
of Chantilly will only commit to delivering items that are shown
in photographs. If, for example,
you do not see a set of owners manuals or a second key, please
call to check on the availability
of the item BEFORE bidding or clicking the Buy it Now button.
Some of the data and vehicle description information included in
this listing is provided by third
party providers. This data should be used as a guide and are
not guaranteed. Mercedes-Benz of
Chantilly will not be liable for any inaccuracies, claims or
loses of any nature.
We also welcome pre-purchase inspections. Off-site inspections
must be arranged before
purchase.

to test drives, mechanical
inspections, etc.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000
non-refundable deposit within
2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the
vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining
balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of
the close of the auction. We must
have all funds and paperwork before the vehicle will be released
for delivery or shipping.
Forms of Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash (In Person)
- Certified check
- Bank transfer
- 3rd-party financing
Please note, if paying by wire transfer, we do not release our
wire transfer information directly to
clients. You must provide a contact at your bank at the time of
sale.
Fees and Taxes:
Buyer responsible for shipping costs, applicable
taxes and registration fees as
well as
$435 processing fee.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city
taxes and
fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the
vehicle will be registered.
All buyers are responsible for .17% Virginia Gross Receipts Tax.
