  My name is T.J. Templin, I'm a third generation owner of a dealership located in Michigan just south of Detroit.  This 2014 GMC Terrain All Wheel Drive has a Michigan Rebuilt Title due to very light water that just got the carpet slightly wet.  There was absolutly No Damage to the engine, transmission, nor any electrical components.  It runs and drives just like new, and will be very dependable and safe for many years to come!

   I purchased this Terrain from an Enterprise rental company.  According to what the auctioneer said, the carpet got wet but was vacuumed immediately upon return.  I personally removed the carpet and made sure it was 100% dry including the underneath padding.  All electrical equipment works as it should, and there are no problems with any part of this 2014 GMC Terrain!  I had it inspected by the State of Michigan for a Rebuilt Michigan Title.  It passed with ease and now can be registered and driven anywhere in the WORLD!!  I will have the rebuilt title in hand in 14 days after completion of the auction.

  This 2014 GMC Terrain runs and drives like new!  It rolls smooth and straight down the road with no shimmies or shakes nor rattles or clunks.  It starts and drives perfect, it does not miss a beat!
