The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Financing

When you win an auction on eBay, we will expect you to have financing in order (or to have made arrangements with us for financing) and be ready to finalize your purchase.  You can easily contact Alex at 732-775-4444.

Deposit and Payment

Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact Michaels Motorcars Inc  within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  Payment will arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due within 24 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days.  Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.

If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally.  Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like.  Feel free to call Alex at 732-775-4444 for more information.  Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Pick-up

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

All new jersey residents are required to pay 7% sales tax and $199 for dmv(estimated) and A $289.00 documentory fee!!!!!!  All out of state residents are required to pay tax in there own state, but still must pay A $289.00 documentory fee plus pay for A 20 day temporary registration!
