Up for auction is a 1999 Ford Expedition XLT that was recently donated to a national charitable organization (501c3) NPO and is being sold with NO RESERVE.

This Ford Expedition XLT  is equipped with a 4.6 Liter gas engine and automatic transmission.

The vehicle runs and drives

This vehicle was only driven around our facility and NOT driven for any extended time or distance.

The vehicle has 209,578 Autocheck And Carfax Certified miles. It’s well equipped. The Cloth seats appear to be in Good condition, although a good detail will make a huge difference. The exterior of the car is Green and appears to be in Good condition with lots of shine. The tires appear to be good with 50% plus road life left.

INFORMATION CONCERNING SMOG CERTIFICATION:

If you are a California Resident intending on registering this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or a “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be a 60.00 fee assessed to your total amount.

Under California law all vehicles in California over 10 years old are mileage exempt including this vehicle. Per California DMV code: (CVC §§1819, 4751, 5900, and 5901)

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.
