MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to offer this incredible, rarely seen 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS. This particular Impala is from the last year of the 7^th generation before the body style evolved and it has low, low miles! From it’s highly sought after color combination and powerful LT1 powerhouse to its clean CarFax, this car is sure to go fast!

Finished in the desirable color of Dark Cherry Metallic, the paint is in absolutely spectacular shape and still holds onto its incredible sparkle. The body is in absolutely stellar condition showing no signs of damage anywhere. All of the trim on the SS trim level was color matched to the exterior of the car and it looks great. The windows have also been tinted for esthetics and to keep the interior a little bit cooler in the summer. This is a truly breathtaking example of the 7^th generation Impala and it is sure to turn heads no matter where it goes!

Inside, the interior is just as nice as the exterior. The seats are wrapped in gray leather and look great, showing no signs of wear or tear. The headrests on the seats are embroidered with the legendary SS moniker. The carpet, door panels and headliner are in comparable condition. The dashboard houses the original gauges and is adorned with the Impala SS badges. The dashboard also has an AM/FM/CD player, as well as the analog speedometer and tachometer, which was only available in 1996.

The Impala is powered by the respectable 5.7 liter LT1 V8 engine with port fuel injection, a high capacity reverse flow cooling system and dual exhaust. Mated to the engine is a 4-speed 4L60E automatic transmission, complete with a transmission cooler. The 1996 Impala is the only year that the automatic transmission was shifted through a floor shifter. The car is equipped with power steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes and air conditioning.

The car sits upon a set of 17” brushed aluminum 5-spoke Impala wheels that are wrapped in P255/50ZR17 tires. There is a wheel lock in the glove box to remove the wheels, as needed. The ride is smooth thanks to the sport tuned suspension, complete with reinforced shocks and springs.

This is a truly immaculate, rarely seen, very low mileage Impala SS and it is sure to go fast! The VIN is 1G1BL52P4TR161G1BL2892 and the mileage currently shows 9,369. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will email or fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via email or fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via priority mail within seven(7) days from date of final payment unless payment is made by check. If payment is made by check, original papework will be sent ten (10) business days after receipt. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.

Over the last 10 years we have exported cars to Norway, Germany, Estonia, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Costa Rica, Brazil, British Columbia, Canada and other locations around the world. Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage. We take care of all the details and paperwork. All you have to do is collect the car at port and enjoy! Please note that we are not a transport company and only offer the service as a convenience to our customers. You are more than welcome to arrange your own shipping.
