When it debuted in 2012, the Scion FR-S / Toyota GT86 / Subaru BRZ was heralded as one of the best handling performance coupes to hit the market, consistently ranking with 911s, GT-Rs, Ferrari and Audis on the year's "Best of" lists and yearly reviews. One issue that was almost unanimously brought up was that, in its stock form, the 2.0L boxer engine didn't develop enough power. To that end, this FR-S has been revamped with performance upgrades! Upgrades to the 2.0L engine include a Stage II Complete Supercharger System from Innovate Motorsports with a twin-scroll supercharger with 72.5mm pulley, water-to-air intercooler and ECUTek engine management, Cusco oil cooler, Radium dual catch cans, stainless steel & titanium header with euro-spec high-flow cat and a full cat-back Perrin exhaust. Factory performance features include direct injection, variable valve timing and a Torsen limited slip differential.

To handle the extra power, the car rides on an upgraded performance suspension with SPC Performance camber links, SPC Performance rear control arms, Swift lowering springs and a RaceComp Engineering Sway Bar Kit. A TRD short shifter has been installed for the 6-speed manual transmission and the stock 17" wheels have been replaced by lightweight 18" Enkei Raijin lightweight wheels with high-performance Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires.

Inside the cabin, the upgrades continued with an upgraded 2014 model year touchscreen display for the factory Pioneer audio system and leather & Alcantara OEM sport seats. Comfort amenities include Bluetooth telephone connectivity, Bluetooth music streaming, iPod integration, air conditioning, power windows, power locks and keyless entry.

On file with the car is a file with over $13,000 in upgrades, the original window sticker, owner's books, one remote key and a CarFax history report.
