We are in the business of selling pre-owned vehicles at very reasonable prices. All of our vehicles are sold “AS-IS”. However some vehicles might carry factory warranty, which will be indicated in the description.

We will attempt to convey information at our disposal about any factory warranty remaining on the vehicles we sell. However, buyers are more than welcome to call their local franchise dealer with the VIN# to acquire the factory warranty expiration date.
We often offer aftermarket warranties included in the price of the vehicle which will be stated in the description of the vehicle.

Pictures are our primary source of conveying vehicle information to buyers. Industry- standard & photographable components such as: number of keys/remotes (if any), books (if any), floor mats (if any), exterior/interior color, etc. are shown in the pictures of the vehicle presented herein. Please remember you are buying a used vehicle. Expectations for normal wear and tear associated with the age and mileage of the vehicle, and imperfections such as minor hood and windshield rock chips, minor door dings etc. are to be expected.
At Auto Web Expo, we do our best to provide our clients with a very detailed and thorough description of our sales inventory to the best of our abilities.  However, It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the vehicle of interest on their own, or by a 3rd party inspection company before the vehicle leaves our premises in order to insure that the condition of the vehicle is satisfactory to the buyer (mechanically /cosmetically). It is the buyer's duty to clearly express and fully disclose any concerns about the condition of the vehicle of interest to our staff members prior to the vehicle leaving Auto Web Expo's premises; failure to do so waives any  liability/ responsibility to Auto Web Expo.

Due to test drives mileage of the cars could be  few hundred miles more than what was shown in the pictures. Please ask your sales associate for the exact miles before purchase if this is of any concern to you.

• There is and administration and processing fee of $150.00 for out of state buyers.
• A county inventory tax .0023%. (FOR EXAMPLE A $10000 x .0023= $23)
• Texas residents are to pay sales tax (.0625 x the selling price), title transfer fee, registration fee, state inspection fee, licence plate fee (FOR TEXAS RESIDENTS ONLY)
• Out of state buyers are responsible to register purchased vehicles and pay applicable sales tax and fees in their home state.
• Examples: if you are out of state buyer and purchase a $10,000 car. You would pay- $10000 + $150 (processing fee) + $23 (county inventory tax) = $10173. (this does not include any shipping costs if required)
• These fees are not subject to any negotiation. 

DEPOSIT: We require a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold the car for 7 days. For deposits we accept checks/PayPal/cash/major credit cards.

eBay buyers are required to make an immediate deposit of $300 via PayPal. if you do not have a PayPal account please contact us at 1-800-210-5553 to make other arrangements. We accept PayPal and major credit cards for deposit only.

Buyers are to contact the seller within 24 hours of initial purchase. The deposit is non-refundable, and will count towards the purchase price.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE: The remaining balance shall be paid within 7 working days after the date of initials deposit. 

We accept cashiers checks, or bank wire-transfers (email wire instructions) unless other arrangements are made at the time of purchase. Bank transfers could take up to 48 hours. 

We do not accept credit cards or PayPal for the remaining balance.

BUYER PICKUP: Buyers have the option to take delivery of the purchased vehicle in person. We can pickup the buyers or their representatives from the Dallas metro airports, bus and/or Train stations (buyers to provide 3 days advance notice with arrival information).

VEHICLE SHIPPING: This dealership is not affiliated with the transportation companies. if shipping is required by the buyer, we can arrange shipping of the purchased vehicle through a third party transportation company. The shipping takes 10 to 20 working days after receiving the full payment. 

If you are arranging shipping for the vehicle purchased, shipping company is subject to call us 3 days prior to pick up.

To the best of our ability, we attempt to correct mechanical issues the come to our attention by; test driving the car, and having our service department perform a checklist inspection. However, a third party professional inspection that is arranged by the buyer is highly recommended, simply because we do not provide warranties on the vehicles we sell unless one is purchased or the car is still under factory warranty. A pre-buy inspection, despite it's cost to the buyer, provides buyers with reasonable insight into the vehicle's condition. This can give great peace of mind, and prevents future dispute between parties as to the condition of the vehicle. (ALL PRE BUY INSPECTIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO PURCHASING A VEHICLE).
