This 2005 GX470 comes with leather, moonroof, navigation, dvd, Mark Levinson stereo, and too many other options to list here.  The Carfax report does show one accident, but more importantly, it shows an extensive service history at one of Atlanta's local Lexus dealerships.  This was an extremely well maintained car.  It has been driven, but if you know the Lexus V8 engines, you know that these cars do not break!  The interior looks very clean and the exterior does not give away any secrets about how many miles it has.  The tires are in very good condition.

This GX470 will be serviced and will go through a safety inspection that really is quite thorough.  I will be glad to show the results to anyone who has interest in the car.  Just let me know.

  1. The offer made by Hennessy to sell this car is not a firm offer. Additionally, in accordance with EbayMotors non-binding bid policy, bids on automobiles merely indicate your interest in purchasing the relevant vehicle and are not binding on you. No contract exists between you and Hennessy to purchase the car until you pay the Deposit called for in section 2 below.
  2. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the auction or making a “Buy it Now” bid, you must deliver to Hennessy a deposit (the “Deposit”) equal to ten percent (10%) of the auction price. In the event that you fail to close on your purchase of the car after paying that Deposit, Hennessy shall be entitled to retain the Deposit as liquidated damages for your breach and not as a penalty. You agree that Hennessy will suffer damages as a result of any such breach, that the damages Hennessy would suffer are difficult to establish with precision, and that the Deposit constitutes a reasonable pre-estimate of those damages.

  5. Hennessy makes no representations or warranties regarding the car. You agree that you are bidding to purchase the car on an “as is/where is” basis and with all faults.
