2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK500 Convertible

Here's an opportunity to own a top-shelf luxury convertible that adds style and performance into the mix. This 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK500 convertible drives like a dream, and is in very good condition inside and out.

 It is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't seen the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has just 63,871 original miles on it.

Exterior features include AMG alloy wheels and fog lamps.  The CLK500 comes standard with the AMG Sport package. It includes the wheels plus unique front and rear bumpers, a rear lip spoiler and side skirts.

The exterior is in very good shape, and the optional "Pewter Metallic" paint shines all around. There are no notable dents or dings on the car.

Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems.

The convertible top (black, not shown) is also in very good condition with no rips or tears, and it works perfectly./p>

The interior is also very nice with no holes or tears in the leather seats. The dash, carpets and door panels are all good.

Both front seats have power controls with memory settings.

The rear seat is in very good shape.  The rear headrests will raise automatically in an emergency, and there are front and rear side air bags.

The 5.0 liter V8 runs smooth and strong, rated at 302 hp and 339 lb-ft or torque.  It is smooth, tight, and solid - just like a Mercedes is supposed to be. It is a true pleasure to drive.

The tires on this car have plenty of tread remaining all the way around.

This CLK now has 63.871 miles on it. This car may be driven, so there could be more miles on it by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on.

All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS unless otherwise noted.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days.

As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer.  

We do not reveal our reserve prices, sorry. Our reserve prices are set realistically, usually between wholesale and retail price. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment/Fees

 You may pay the purchase price in cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or Paypal.

If you are the winner, a 10% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.
