Payment Types: Certified Funds and Institutional Financing
Fees: Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers who choose to register the vehicle themselves, are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state in a timely fashion as governed by their state. We are able, for those buyer who would like for us to handle the registration paperwork in their home state, to complete the registration. In this instance the buyer would be charged the tax, title and license required by their home state.

Transactions
All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close. The buyer should arrange for financing if necessary, before making a bid. Our dealership can help with financing on every vehicle that we sell. We have multiple sources of financing that can make the approval process easy.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Buyer Pickup
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We can help in arranging shipping at reasonable rates. A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Warranties

Pre-owned vehicles are sold with various warranties and or service contracts depending on the year, make, model and miles at delivery. Coverage is listed with the individual vehicles. In most cases our pre-owned vehicles are covered by a World Car Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty, a World Car Certified Warranty providing a 7 year or 100,000 mile powertrain coverage, from the original in service date, or the vehicle is sold "AS/IS". Details of each warranty are available upon request. In addition most of our pre-owned vehicles are eligible for an extended service contract that may be purchased at an additional cost.

Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly do to local-test driving, in-transit repairs or road testing. 

Legal

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Bexar County, Texas. All obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Bexar County, Texas. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Bexar County, Texas.



Fee and Tax Information:

All sales are subject to a flat $162 Documentary Fee and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .00220 of the purchase price. EX. $10,000 purchase = $22.00 VIT Taxes.

Documentary Fee and VIT taxes are collected by World Car Nissan Hyundai and are not required by law.

Texas residents pay 6.25% state use tax, title and registration fees. Out of state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
