With 300 HP from the factory, and a 0-60 time in about 5 seconds, this Volvo is not only one of the safest cars ever put on the road, but also one of the fastest made! The V70 R is anything but your normal V70. And the "R" from the mid 2000s is nothing like the current R-Type-- rather, these R's are complete with refinement and speed. 

Volvo produced for only 674 V70R models for the US in 2005.  This is a rare car—a future Volvo-fanatic car!    

From the factory, this V70 R is equipped with full-time all-wheel drive, a twin-intercooled KKK turbo, 17-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, and Bi-Xenon headlights. Unlike any other Volvos, the R series comes with four-c suspension at the corners and driver-adjustable chassis dampening where you can select from Comfort (for the bumpy roads), Sport (for on the road fun) and Advanced (for the thrill seeker). The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Traction Control. The Volvo's suspension and chassis are like no other, with the strut system adjusting nearly 500 times per second to give precise control over the driving experience. (Of course, if you are going to the race track with this car, Volvo provides secrets to undo all of the safety and chassis/suspension features and let this car loose.) 

This V70R has factory race-inspired seats and steering wheel, blue gages, leather everywhere and blue stitched on leather trim. The official interior color is Volvo “Nordkap” which is amazing blue leather—coupled with the silver interior it is beautiful!  The leather is in excellent condition. The stereo in the R is equipped with Dolby Pro Logic surround-sound and sounds fabulous. Our V70 R for sale also comes with memory power driver and passenger heated seats. 

This V70 R is in absolutely brilliant condition. We see no issues with the drivetrain, suspension/chassis, and transmission.  I’ve personally driven this car for the past 10,000 miles and find it to be an amazing car in wonderful condition. CLEAN VEHICLE HISTORY REPORTS—CarFax, AutoCheck and InstaVIN (InstaVIN report available). 

The engine pulls incredible strong and the turbo kicks in through all designated gears (and man does it put you in the back of your seat!). The transmission shifts smoothly in automatic and on-command in geartronic mode (i.e. clutch-less manual mode). There are no warning lights or service messages on the vehicle. The vehicle has been thoroughly inspected and driven with no issues to note. The exterior is in exception state-- well above expectations of a 2005 model with 80,000 miles on it-- dare we even say, "factory fresh." The only issues found in the car are pictured—all are very very minor exterior cosmetic issues. The paint on this car is nothing less than amazing-- it has been very well cared for and feels like wet glass when you run your hand along it.

Seller is responsible for pick-up of vehicle or any delivery options.  MSS will assist in having vehicle available for loading if you choose delivery or will take the vehicle to any local delivery drop off zone in the Greater New Orleans area, or, will pick you up from the New Orleans airport.  Vehicle will not be made available for pick-up or delivery until payment in full has been made and all funds have been cleared by our bank.

If requested by an in-state buyer (Louisiana buyer), we will collect for tax, tag, temporary registration, registration and title and have our title company process the paperwork.  Out of State buyers are responsible for their state registration, taxes, title, tag and other fees.   We will issue a 60-day temporary tag to all buyers in order to provide them with time to license the car in their state (Louisiana or other states).  We process and send titles usually within 48 hours of payment (on rare occassions it may take up to 30 days to process and send out title if we have taken in the car on trade or from another dealer where a lien existed). 

All of our cars have clear titles unless otherwise noted in the description.  All cars should be assumed to come with one key.  Books, additional keys, keyless remotes, floor mats, and other removable accessories (including jacks, tools, spare tires, etc) while typically may be in the car are not guaranteed to be with the car.  We typically include a picture of all books, additional keys, original window sticker, etc. if such are available.

We believe in honesty and accuracy.  Rather than hide issues in our pictures, we note any issues in our descriptions and, when possible, take pictures.  Our pictures are not photoshopped (minus our first picture that we use a black and white background on).  We don't use glittzy 'jewelry store' lights or fancy camera work.  We simply take our pictures and videos with an iPhone 4s in natural light.  We're sure you have a phone camera-- now you know the standard our pictures are taken with-- authentic. 

Going with the idea of honesty-- we DO NOT CHARGE DOCUMENTATION FEES.  Our price may be slightly higher than the listing before or after ours, but, read the fine print.  Many dealers charge from $200 to $1,000 for "documentation fees."  Don't be fooled only to find out about these extra fees after you win the auction.
