VERY CLEAN CAR. LOCAL TRADE. GARAGE KEPT. THIS CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN MAINTAINED BY THE ACURA DEALER THAT SOLD IT NEW. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO WARNING LIGHTS, NOISES, DENTS, OR SCRATCHES. THIS CAR WAS INVOLVED IN AN INCIDENT IN A LOCAL PARKING LOT WHERE THE FRONT LEFT FENDER WAS SCUFFED. THE DAMAGED WAS REPAIRED BY THE ACURA DEALER HERE IN JACKSON, MS AND WAS LESS THAN $500.00 TO FIX. THE CARFAX INDICATES THIS. THE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY IS STILL IN EFFECT WHICH COVERS THE VEHICLES POWERTRAIN FOR 6 YEARS OR 70,000 MILES. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED, THIS IS A GREAT CAR. Payment Information:
We accept cash (in person only), cashiers-check, and certified funds.
Successful "winning" bidder must contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within (5) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cash payment in person, cashiers-check, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are financing, please have your financing approved before bidding. If you would like us to qualify you for financing for one of our lenders, please contact us before bidding so we may secure financing for you prior to you bidding or purchasing.
 
Shipping Information:
Please understand that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to arrange shipping. We are NOT the shipping company. All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport said vehicle. Should you need assistance in locating a shipping service, please let us know! We aim to recommend only quality vendors.
 
Terms & Conditions:

- All sales to MS residents are subject to 5% sales tax (1 ton vehicles 3%) and $15 title and inspection fee.

- Out of state buyers may register and pay all taxes and use fees in their home state.

- The buyer is reposnible for all shipping costs. We will be glad to assist you with shipping and we also will be glad to offer you shuttle service  from our closest airport Jackson-Evers International (JAN).

- Please keep in mind that these are pre-owned vehicles and are sold in as-is condition. Some vehicles will be covered by remaining factory warranty and some not covered by factory warranty will be covered by a 3 month/3,000 mile limited powertrain warranty. Please ask for details.

-Mileage may vary slightly due to local test drives etc.

-Vehicles over 10 years old are sold with mileage exempt according to MS law.

-All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Rankin County, MS and all obligations of purchaser to pay for vehicle shall be payable in Rankin County, MS.

-It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Rankin County, Mississippi.

- A deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours of the auction close and the remaining balance shall be paid in full within 5 days of auction close via Certified Funds, Money Order, Cash in person, or Bank Financing.

-All deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle fails a profesional on site inspection. All on site inspections must be completed within 48 hours of auction close. If you choose a professional inspection, we recommend you have it completed before auction close.

- Please be advised that we do have these vehicles for sale locally and we can end auction early. We will give any and all bidders immediate notice of a local sale.

 - If using your lender for financing please let seller know in advance so that proper title work can be completed and Bank Loan check can be verified.

- Please have financing available before purchasing. We don't want you to loose your deposit due to financing not being approved before purchasing.
