Blue Knob Auto Sales ("Blue Knob") is a licensed independent Pennsylvania auto dealer. This vehicle is also for sale locally and on our website. We reserve the right to end the auction at any time due to on-site sales without liability to any auction participants. We retail vehicles to the public only. We will not sell to dealers, fleet companies, rental companies or wholesalers. 

Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close and is non-refundable, unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied toward the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity. Deposits will be accepted through PayPal. In the event that buyer does not pay the deposit in the 24 hour window, Blue Knob, at it's sole discretion, may cancel the sale. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Full payment is required within 7 days of auction close. Warranty: Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. The full terms of the warranty covering this vehicle are available upon request. Blue Knob also provides you the option to purchase an extended service contract, price and terms will vary based on vehicle year, make and model.  Financing: We work with 6 different banks to provide you the best possible interest rate and terms available. All vehicles are located at our Duncansville, Pennsylvania location and all titles are on hand. Shipping: The winning bidder is fully responsible to pay for vehicle's shipping and shall bear the risk of loss during shipping. If necessary, Blue Knob may assist buyer with making such arrangements. Once the payment and paper work is completed, the vehicle will be made ready for shipping. Blue Knob will not ship any vehicle until full payment and all required paperwork has been completed and Blue Knob has received it. Vehicle condition: Please keep in mind you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. We do our absolute best to provide you with the finest re-conditioned pre-owned vehicles on the market, but all pre-owned vehilces will have at least some imperfections.

Pennsylvania residents are responsible for state sales tax at the time of purchase. Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6%, except in Allegheny County which is 7% and Philadelphia County where total sales tax is 8%. Out-of-State buyers are responsible for sales tax at the time of registration at their local DMV. Out-of-state buyers may check with local DMV to inquire about specific fees. At the time of purchase the customer will be responsible for a documentation fee of $133.00, an online registration fee of $10, new registration fee of $36 or $58.50 for trucks, $6 if transferring a plate/registration, title fee of $50, an encumbrance fee of $23 and a $300 dealer web handling fee. If a new license plate or intransit tag is needed, there is an additional $10 cost. Any sales forbidden by law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in the home jurisdiction of the buyer shall be deemed null and void, and any deposit paid shall be returned to the buyer.
