Condition

This vehicle is in PRISTINE condition. It is as clean as it was on the showroom floor brand new. This is a non-smoker car and was pet-free. It still has the new car smell. I myself have put 2,000 miles on this vehicle and have not had a single problem with anything. The vehicle drives perfectly, everything works as it should, and it is in very nice condition. There are no error lights on the speedometer and service is up to date. The vehicle has been maintained throughout my ownership of it. I replace the oil with synthetic Maserati recommended oil and always put 93 octane gas in it. All filters regularly changed and maintained. Brakes are still good and tires have plenty of tread life left. I have included MANY MANY pictures. Many more than eBay allows! So please look at all the pictures to make sure you know what your getting.

Recent service includes oil change, front and rear brake pads and rotors, 4 wheel alignment, and air filter replacement. I also bought 4 brand new TPMS sensors because the batteries in the old ones died (they have a life span of about 5 years). I also replaced the TPMS module because it is a high failure item and had failed. All recalls are up to date. You should have nothing to worry about service wise for quite some time with this vehicle.

Title

This vehicle comes with a New York State Rebuilt Salvage Title. That means that this vehicle was in an accident and the insurance company paying out the claim deemed this vehicle salvage. I purchased this vehicle at a salvage auction and had it professionally repaired to factory specifications. After being repaired, this vehicle passed through New York State's rigorous salvage program and passed the salvage exam deeming the vehicle roadworthy. This is a serious exam that looks at every aspect of the vehicle. Upon passing this exam, the vehicle was issued a New York State Rebuilt Salvage Title. If you want to re-register this vehicle in NY state, you do not need to go through the salvage exam again, it is the same as registering a car with a clean title. Other states may vary so please familiarize yourself with your states procedure for registering a vehicle with a rebuilt salvage title. This vehicle is offered for worldwide bidding. If you are an international buyer please familiarize yourself with process for importing before bidding.

NOTE: This is NOT a flood vehicle. This does NOT have a FLOOD title. This has a Rebuilt title. This vehicle did not have water damage. This vehicle was purchased in Arizona and has never seen snow. This vehicle comes with a rebuilt title because it was involved in a motor vehicle accident. This vehicle hit a high curb and damaged the front bumper, radiator, and ac condenser. It was a very minor accident but Maserati parts are very expensive which is why it was totaled out. Engine, transmission, and frame were NOT damaged during the accident. There were no airbags that deployed. All parts replaced with OEM Maserati parts. No aftermarket junk. Below is a part of the car-fax that shows the vehicle hit a curb in Arizona last year as well as the mileage at the time of the accident. As you can see I have put over 2k miles on it to verify all repairs are good and that there are no additional problems with the vehicle.

The cheapest 2008 Maserati Quattroporte I have seen anywhere online was still over 50k. This one has low miles and many many extras and is super clean. THIS IS A STEAL. I am pretty flexible with payment. Options include cash, wire transfer, bank check, personal check, money order, or a combination. Money is money and I am not picky what form it is in. However, I REQUIRE that payment be 100% paid / cleared / whatever before I release the vehicle and / or title to the buyer, no exceptions. I require a $500 deposit within 3 days of the auction's end.
