Discover Pre-Owned Sales and DiscoverAutosOnline.com, is an Arizona Motor Vehicle Dealer and is subject to collect Taxes based on the State of residence.  Unless, purchaser’s State of residence is tax exempt. Every motor vehicle we sell on eBay is subject to a $399.00 dealer documentation fee. Please Contact our eBay Internet Specialist before bidding to avoid misunderstandings. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

We reserve the right to end this eBay listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our eBay listings.

All vehicles regardless of year are Sold As Is, No Warranties Expressed or Implied unless the vehicle has the balance of the factory warranty which is transferable to next owner.  We also offer extended service contracts on all of our vehicles, unless specified.

Hours:

We are open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday’s by appointment and closed on Sunday.  All hours are (MST); please arrange your flight times accordingly. We are more than happy to provide free pickup from Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) during normal business hours. We are 30 minutes away.

Transportation:

We can arrange shipping for you world wide.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:

We accept Cash (In Person), certified check, bank wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. . Credit cards or PayPal are NOT accepted for full payment, only for deposits. IF YOU ARE FINANCING, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE  PRE-APPROVED BEFORE BIDDING!

Fees and Taxes:

All advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges if applicable and Optional Credit Insurance, Physical Damage of Liability Insurance, or Delivery Fees.

Warranty:

DEALER makes no representations, expressed or implied, to any actual or prospective purchaser or owner of this vehicle as to the existence, ownership, accuracy, description or condition of the listed vehicle's equipment, accessories, price, specials or any warranties. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to the sale of this vehicle. Your actual mileage will vary depending on how you drive and maintain your vehicle.
