It is our goal to provide the highest quality vehicles to our customers. However, please keep in
mind that when purchasing a used vehicle that most cars are not "perfect" and minor
imperfections will be visible upon closer inspection. These imperfections include, but are not
limited to, small scratches and dings, rock chips, small stains or tears in the carpeting, and wear
on the seats. We make every attempt to accurately describe the "overall" condition of the vehicle.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of any statements we
make regarding the condition of the vehicle and the included equipment. Vehicle inspections must be completed before end of auction. We make no guarantee

Unless otherwise stated, items such as cigarette lighters, spare keys, owner's manuals, and/or
CD magazines Navigation discs or floor mats may not be included with the car.
It is the buyers responsibility to verify title/paperwork is sufficient to register car in his or her
State or Country.
"Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as
title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered."
