Up for sale we have one for all you Mopar lovers, a 1970 Plymouth GTX. There were only 350 of these factory 440 Six Pack with the Four Speed cars ever built in ’70. The one we have for you is done in the factory color scheme and is super slick. There’s not much more you could ask for from such an awesome Muscle Car. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of the Plymouth, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 60 to 70 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the GTX. When you stand back and look down the sides its laser straight and has great fit of the body panels. It has the Air Grabber Hood with the Factory hood Pins. Everything is covered in the factory Burnt Orange Metallic color scheme that is slick with a deep rich shine. It’s accented by the Black Inlay in the Hood with the Black GTX Stripes down the sides. It comes with new bumpers as well as other new chrome. When you look at the stainless it appears new. You can tell that the glass was pulled out of the car and the seals were replaced. It also has new weather stripping. The final exterior touch is a set of 15x8 Magnum Wheels with Good Year Eagle Tires.

Next, we will take a look at the interior of the ’70. The interior follows suite with the exterior being doing in the factory Black color Scheme that provides the perfect complement. It has the correct bucket seats with the silver piping. Also it has the correct console with the Pistol Grip Shifter. When you look at the dash it has the Tic Toc Tach that works with the 150 Speedo and all the gauges as well as the Air Grabber Switch. All the interior lights work and it retains the factory seatbelts. They have upgraded the stereo to a custom Pioneer System with Pioneer Deck that is all working.

Finally, we will take a look at the driveline of the Plymouth. Under the hood it’s powered by a 440 V8 with a 6 Pack. The intake looks to be a factory Mopar. It has Aluminum Valve covers from Mopar Performance and the correct 6 Pack Breather. The trans is a 4 Speed that is mated to a Dana 60 Rear End. The exhaust was changed to a set of Headman Headers and new dual exhaust. When you look under this GTX the floors look great with no signs of any damage or rot. The front End all looks new with Power Brakes.
