  My name is T.J. Templin, I'm a third generation owner of a dealership located in Michigan just south of Detroit.  This 2013 GMC Acadia has a Michigan Rebuilt Title due to very light water that just got the carpet slightly wet.  There was absolutly No Damage to the engine or transmission.  It runs and drives just like new, and will be very dependable and safe for many years to come!

   I purchased this Acadia from an Enterprise rental company.  According to what the auctioneer said, this vehicle was part of a parking lot flood, the carpet got wet but was vacuumed immediately.  I agree with the assesment, as there are  no water odors or any signs of water damage.  All electrical equipment works as it should, and there are no problems with any part of this 2013 GMC Acadia!  I had it inspected by the State of Michigan for a Rebuilt Michigan Title.  It passed with ease and now can be registered and driven anywhere in the WORLD!!  I will have the rebuilt title in hand in 14-21 days.

  This 2013 GMC Acadia runs and drives like new!  It rolls smooth and straight down the road with no shimmies or shakes nor rattles or clunks.  It starts and drives perfect, it does not miss a beat!
