Inspection shown are for advertiment purposes only.  Some inpsections (as indicated by the advertisement) are done by independent 3rd parties.  The buyer is responsible for determining the accuracy of these inspections. (These inspections provided by LSMC do not serve as a substitute for the buyer to do their own due dilligence. These are not new cars, they are used cars and are SOLD AS IS).

We can arrange a discounted shuttle service to and from Houston Bush (airport code IAH) and Houston Hobby (airport code HOU).  Please fly into Houston Hobby when possible, as it is only 20 minutes from downtown.

All sales are subject to a flat $50 documentary charge (this is not a State Required Fee) and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) based on 0.002108% percent of the purchase price. 

The Documentary Charge is NOT required by law and are collected by Lone Star Motor Cars L.L.C. 

Texas residents pay a 6.25% sale tax and registration / inspection fees. Also Texas residents may be subject to a 1% or 2% State required diesel emmissions fee. Out-of-State buyers must register and pay applicable taxes and registration fees in their home state.  

The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST.  We can help arrange shipping worlwide, please contact your sales person for more details. Shipping is facilitated by LSMC but shipping compnaies are indpendent 3rd parties.  LSMC does not guarentee shipping times.  Buyer is responsible for carrying their own insurance policies for the vehicle.  Once the vehicle has left LSMC possession the buyer has assumed all responsibilities.  

These are pre-owned vehicles and that are sold as "AS IS' condition. However, some vehicles may still be under factory warranty.It is the buyers responsibility to verify the condition of the vehicle. Vehicles are available for inspection prior to and after the eBay sale at any time.  Do not assume anything.  We are not a mechanic shop and many of these diesel trucks are over 10 years old and have normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this year and miles. These are NOT new vehicles.  If you want a new vehicle go to the new car dealer and purchase a new vehicle.  These are preowned vehiciles and can inherintly have problems unknow to anyone.  All vehicles are sold AS IS without any warranty.  

Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.  At the time of the advertisment the vehicle may state one millage but may be sold at a diffrent millage.  This will be disclosed on the bill of sale of the current millage prior to makeing final payment.  Millage changes due to test drives and other reseason.  It is the buyers responsibiliy to verify the final millage before makeing final payment.  

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

All obligations pursuant to this transaction shall be preformed in Houston, Texas.  It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Houston, Texas, Harris County. Moreover, the choice of law will be of Texas law.

Furthermore, by bidding on this vehicle your are entering a "point and click agreement" and are also agreeing to waive litigation and discovery and also agree to our arbitration agreement, which will be provided at the time of the purchase or can be provided to you by request prior to you entering this "point and click agreement."
